Is it known whether the K-Type motor would easily fit into the mk1 Renault Twingo given its relation to the Cléon-Fonte motor? Or would fitting the K-Type motor be a problem because it was related to the Energy motor, which would not fit into the Twingo due to its hemispherical cylinder head and front exhaust?

Apparently it will fit in the bay but thats all i know in terms of making everything work with it.

Hi,Are these the original 16 inch Clio Sport 172 alloys? What size of lowering springs or coilover system u installed? So how many mm-s did u lower the car? Also, did u use any spacers or any other modifications to fit the alloys or u put them on as they are without any hassle?I would also like to know the size of your tyres, I guess its a 195.Sorry for all these questions, but I really like the look, and would like to surprize the girlfriend:) many thanks

bonjour tout sabord mes félicitations, du coup j'envisage depuis quelques temps d'opérer la même greffe : je possède une twingo de 1997 avec le moteur d7f, j'ai déjà le moteur volvo 1.7 turbo mais les fixations du moteur ne semble pas correspondre, faut il adapter un berceau de twingo iléon ? merci pour votre aide

COmment tu veux circuler après un swap moteur ? elle est plus homologuée c'est ça le souci.

Oui mais c'est vrai.. si tu as un accrochage même non responsable tu devras payer tout de ta poche et c'est la ruine. En plus avec un simple banal contrôle de police tu es mal... pas d'assurance, pas de ct... bref sa fais cher du jouet.

is this dificult to made it on twingo? do you have a list to do these mod?
