Really wish these races were best 3 out of 5. I feel like the first two races are a combination of drivers figuring our their cars on this strip and them figuring out their driving style on the strip. 3/5 would lead to closer races, IMO.

@@AnhNguyen-vo2od problem is not the weight that big as Premium car of the genesis almost weights the same, the problem is the weight distribution... That truck is probably 30-70 weight distribution compared back to front. If it were to hook on rwd should it likely be somewhere in the 50-60% weight in back.

@@AnhNguyen-vo2od That truck only weighs approximately two passengers over the Genesis. If you were to load 4 people into the Genesis and 2 into the Chevy, the weight would be very close. With an average passenger weight of 150 lbs

Charlie Ashby one the best rollerbladers to ever roll :) was my instructor at eisenbergs he told me he had an EG hatch back then this was dope I had the same car at the time .

Great close race! Round two was won by only 1 car length. And the bonus roll race shows just how much AWD helps off the line in no prep drag racing; the truck had slightly more power\weight ratio.

Instead of best out of 3 it should be best out of 5 to see more close races.

The G70 is overshadowed by the Kia Stinger but I’m glad Hoonigan made a video about it because I’ve been wanting one since it came out, it seems like the best performance sedan if you wanna be different to the other luxury performance sedans in the market while still pushing great power!

People get the Stinger to 10 seconds pretty easily these days. The Stinger is heavier and imo not as nice a car interior-wise.

I wouldn’t bring more than 400HP to race on a surface like that unless I had AWD. Anything but AWD just spins, even on slick’s. Trying to get anything else to hook is almost impossible, even on the roll.

275/60r15 probdrag radial. 850hp. Car pulls the tires for 40ft on a simalar Surface. They need to put weight behind the rear axle for better weight transfer. Need to be at least 55% weight of car on the back tires.

@@maximumcoast4002 As a valet, I get to drive Genesis and Bentleys almost everyday. I gotta say the interiors of Genesis held better over time. Never seen anything broken on a Genesis, same can't be said on Bentleys, there is always something broken.

Look at the the track bro. It’s dusty AF. Crawfish is 4WD so it hooks. If you’ve seen Hoonigan race videos 4WD/AWD drivers always win against RWD cars. Way different than racing at prepped tracks.
