This video really sums up where I am currently in my waking state consciousness. Truly, meditation was been thee most beneficial and self loving thing I’ve done for myself. And when I met my twin flame, and I could see myself through his eyes, and I saw myself as someone who is pretty fucking special. That experience gave me the opportunity to access core wounds in myself through meditation that I didn’t know where there, because I truly want to encompass that potential he showed me on me. Meditation also allowed me a safe space for the ancestral icky stickies to be cleared in a way that wasn’t traumatic to my system. As it flows through the heart center, I can recognize the energy for what it is and detach from it. All the while I hold trust in every atom of my being that my counterpart has everything inside of himself to do what he needs to do for himself, his family and his bloodline. Something missing in those twin flame groups is the realization that your twin flame is a twin flame too! If you don’t think your twin can sort out his shit on his own, you’re missing a major piece of the puzzle. Honor your counterpart’s strengths and know he/she has what it fucking takes to create a new paradigm for this dying planet. Honor, respect, and be thankful for the process, that’s how I keep myself from getting lost in it.

T Murphy your comment totally resonates with me. My realization of why my twin flame has entered my life was very similar to what you described, namely that you saw yourself in his eyes. It’s good to hear that someone has figured what was the whole TF process all about with maturity and humility. As for me, I haven’t spoken to him in a very long time because I only need myself to grow and evolve. Also, you said that meditation allowed you a safe space for all the ancestral crap to be cleared in a way that wasn’t traumatic to your system; I’m intrigued. Right now, it feels like someone has pierced my heart chakra with a tree trunk, and it’s definitely related with all the nasty trauma I carry. Do you have any advice?

look guys it doesn't matter if TF is real or not. The point is that if you love this person unconditionally you will look at yourself and heal yourself. You will do your best for them, you will do whatever you can to make yourself as perfect as possible for them. When you do the best for YOURSELF this is how to make your TF happy. This is what your TF wants you to do. And I don't know about other TF's but we have to do anything the other says. If we don't it bothers us tremendously. And you TF will never ask you to do something to hurt you, only help. I would feel horrible if I brought my baggage to my my union. I have to heal myself first. It's not fair to her If i don't.

One has to innerstand that even if you are one soul, you are still individuals. The individual has to do the work; to confront the dark archetypes inside and outside. Self-love first....forget about the twin for a moment. When you can go through the process to raise your vibrations, to feel whole and balanced inside and out, then you feel that divine pure love. i have watched so many of his videos years ago and been through many other things in life and took a break from the t.f. topic and now all of a sudden was talking about my twin flame with a friend and then mel popped into my mind, so here I am back feeling pulled to rewatching. I was told that I will be contacted by my t.f. next year, it's been a long time since we've spoken or seen each other. i guess now i am more in alignment to hear and receive and focus on more healing and leveling up, though i have no idea what my t.f knows or if he;s "awake", and i am thrilled about the idea of seeing/speaking to him again but i'm still gonna focus on my journey until that happens.

I just stayed to myself and walked on my journey by myself because a lot won’t understand I had to figure out everything myself I did a good job 👏 all you need is yourself and god or the universe what you call upon and you will be A ok 👍

I don’t have a TF but i apply your advice to all the soul connections that have triggered me .. surrendered and by far your the best here in this journey

I’m about a year and a half into my kundalini awakening. I feel my masculine starting his process. Trying to give him space even though my birthday is in 2 days. I can do this. Love you Mel. You are here in spirit

Not taking anything seriously is really hard to do. But at some point we will realize that that’s the only way to live. Not just in the Twin Flames connection but the whole life in general. The emotional residue from taking other people’s reactions too seriously is very overwhelming and unproductive. But some people have a very high tolerance for emotional distress so they hold on to it for so long. Because they used to it. Suffering is their comfort zone. I’m pretty sure the more evolved we are, the more responsibility we carry. We just can’t have too much emotional attachment to any situation. Life just don’t wait for anyone. I’ve made this mistake so very often. It takes years of pushing buttons cycles. And I think I’m getting better at this, where I don’t really have much button left to be pushed anymore. But I still have that, and I cannot lie it still gets to me sometimes. But i think every time that happens we all need to give ourselves time to take a step back to observe our own feelings rather than over analyzing the other person. And as we embody the Twin Flames energy we are becoming the more intense and powerful version of ourselves. So we also need to be very careful how to control and to hold back a little and learn to navigate our energy to the right direction. Otherwise it would backfires and bring more conflicts which give us the opposite effect of what we’re trying to accomplish which is Harmony. We all have our own Narcissistic side, but there are people out there who are truly Narcissists. They don’t have empathy whatsoever. Even though we burst our emotions towards them until we have nothing left, they won’t feel anything. I know how people react to my energy, but a Narcissist won’t be effected to it. I think this is why some people say most Twin Flames connection are narcissistic. Because we are forced to exercise our empathic ability to the people who don’t understand that at all. Not to stay with them or let alone heal them, but to reach and to be our highest potential as an empathetic human being. But that’s just my opinion from my own personal experience. And for a disclaimer my Twin Flames are not narcissistic, they are amazing😂 I’m talking about the true Narcissist that the psychologist have problems with these days. They do exist and they’re very hard to work with.

Agree completely and wholly with this video about healing yourself. It's painful going through the triggers and past and present trauma etc but once it's comes to the surface and you heal them, you are finally at peace and happy inside.

Zaphod Beeblebrox I agree . A couple of years ago before I came to the realization what the journey is about I contacted her . She had her assistant call me However I swear it sounded just like her. When I asked what the modules consisted of she said she couldn’t tell me that I would have to wait for the classes. Oh and before she could speak to me she wanted to know if I had a way to pay And if so was I willing to Pay whatever It took to help me heal . And I couldn’t believe how she wanted to know what would be my form of payment prior to the free consult . She needed to Know this information before we talked So yes you are 💯

Oh my God, finally, FINALLY... Searching through youtube for actual useful information is so hard and Mel, you are doing the greatest job here. The only twinflame advice which I have found so far that does cover the actual dynamic without relationship advice and rose coloured stuff. I also love that you spread the word that it is totally valid and okay for twinflames to choose not to be together, and that union does not have to be a romantic relationship... I love my twinflame, but right now, I personally dont feel like wanting to be together with him, even though the bubble love phases can be so damn strong... I feel though that these bubble love phases are rather there to help me heal energetically and emotionally as in getting new upgrades in energy and inspiration while the button pushing stages are there to bring up the old stuff...

I love your energy Mel! Its not overwhelming for me. - everything makes sense from you!! Your videos have REALLY helped me navigate and understand the “twin-flame” energy after it has awaken in me. And you are right about multiple “twin-flame” connection with multiple people. 😉 I am starting to think the “twin-flame” connection and energy is used by higherself/oversoul as a “tool” to cleanse the energetic body of two connected, exchange positive aspects and information with one another, and evolve the two’s consciousness - not necessarily as a match-making tool for romantic relationships! You mentioned this in one of your videos. The “multiple” twinflame connection is meant to template multiple people and thus templating the whole collective and therefore evolving human consciousness for all. This tool aka “the twin-flame connection/energy” is not necessarily meant to be used, “exclusively,” to establish a romantic relationship, but it can lead to romance. For romantic relationships to work, 3d reality really does have to come into play in the equation!

I’ve been avoiding this video because I was full of it. You said something I needed to hear. Nobody is perfect, not even me, I was holding onto anger about how he acted out. I needed to hear this Mel. I've been struggling so very much, but you hit the nail on the head. I work very hard on my ascension with meditation and channelling for at least 3-4 hours a day, but I sometimes feel so much pain from his lack of communication and lack of acknowledgement, that I now realise I have not been acknowledging myself. I have a great deal of fear, so I avoid my own pain by focusing on my twin, even though I know it's counter productive. I love you with all my heart Mel, I know you can feel it XO 😘😘😘

Gee Mel, thanks for this wonderful, no-nonsense, informative video. I'm going into year 7 and I wish I'd realised all of this at least four years ago. I think I'm ready to use your visualisation now, but I needed my butt kicked by a few of those points. I'm 68 and started this journey after a 36 year marriage to a soulmate...my DM is 59...also married 36 years, divorced for 8 but has hung onto that ex. We haven't been in communication for the last two months but we both needed that isolation, because I had a huge shift happen for me. I would think that love that comes out of your heart center is an expression of Divine creation. That is certainly the energy I use to raise the vibration of the earth and to manifest my personal abundance. Archangel Michael has made it known to me that we are never in separation, so even though we are not in union, I can still do the best I can to raise the vibration of the earth community. The things that you said really resonated with me. From what you mentioned about the Facebook groups & about your strong personality which sounds a lot like me. Usually us honest people are very straight forward & blunt. I'm currently going though a major turmoil in my life, this years has been specially very hard on me. I'm in a silent Twin Flame journey which is very painful but I'm learning to cope & keep positive at the same time. I would really like to chat with you & share my story with you. My situation is very unique & complex. I would love to get your suggestion & advice because you seem like a guy of wisdom & you know what your talking about. You also don't sound like your trying to sell any programs or sessions like most of the KZreadrs on this subject are trying to do....

I feel my struggle is that no one ever tells you what true self love is and how to attain it. This is the first time i've felt someone said something that made sense. The visualization you spoke of, about the sun and imagining yourself there, is the first time. I've asked and all i get it, well, just love yourself...but HOW? in my connection, I'm the divine femine, even though I am physically male. I can see where I had the need to control, and I am working on letting that go. You're words did resonate with me deeply. I recognized my failings right away.

One of your best Mel

Over the last couple of years I've been connected with a man who I share an etheric bond with. (I've had a a couple etheric partners before him.) I rarely see him. We text occasionally. I just accept that we are not meant to come together in the physical realm any time soon and accept the etheric union as it is what it is. I know I need to trust the process but it does agitate me to think at 43 this is as good as it's gonna get. I do hate not being able to manifest a physical relationship in 3D. Sometimes I think my manifesting skills are broken but I know it all comes down to patience and trust. 2 things I sometimes suck at. Thanks for this video Mel. I needed this friendly reminder. ❤

This etheric bond is much more meaningful and understood on my end. I do think we have a good chance to come together in the end but then sometimes I just want to say forget it... but then Mel does a video that is like an intuitive slap telling me to just keep going. Lol. But ughhhhhh... I just tell the universe, fine, you win this round... I'll endure the process a little longer and not give up yet... even though I'm so close to wanting to give up...
