    My Twin Flame and I, now in union, do not have Fight, Flight or Freeze anymore, since the very day we decided to reunite. When our energies overlap, is like going into an energy portal. We calm each other, and reduce each others heart rate, even when we are disappointed about something or hurt. Neither of of have experienced this with other people before. We are home. It is alchemical, and helps us be present to each other and work it out in a way we both are happy with based on mutual respect and admiration and heart. Even when it is hard it is the easiest relationship in the world, because It is the most emotionally safe place in the world for both of us. I am still getting used to it being normal and I will celebrate it everyday of my life. I tell him and God that I thank God for him everyday. I am home.

    Married to my twin and we live together. This triggering still happens every day but you have to make a choice on how you are going to respond. I meditate journal and do reiki to keep my nervous system more stable amongst many other things! Peaks and valleys… definitely a journey 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

    Your talking to me. Im a belly dance teacher/ fitness instructor of 26yrs. My kundalini awakening/dark night/psychosis stopped me from working.     Wow! Thank you so much for this confirmation. I was triggered by my TF in March. It was our birthday, the same day. I ran into him by chance. I always took him as a friend. When he told me he wanted me, I got triggered! I was so clueless. I couldn't even respond for several minutes. It was as if someone punched me in the stomach. All I could do was hold myself and try to recover. I never had this experience in my life! He said he would walk me home. I was attracted to him, but I always felt he was too young for me. One month later, all Hell broke loose. The pain, crying, etc. Old wounds came up. I saw him 3 weeks ago. He said he had been extremely depressed also. I've been out of the "dark night" now. I started working out, and meditation. I'm not ready for that union yet.

    I love all the suggestions to relax but it’s important to mention diet. I’m such a sensitive being that eating the wrong food (processed food, animal products) causes stress and anxiety. I’m currently fasting and how much better I feel it’s like day and night. Having a plant based diet is the best for sensitive and spiritual people 🤍🙏💐

    This is a challenging one for me as I live in chronic pain. I sacrifice my health to work full time so I push my nervous system to the extreme every day. I live in energy deficit. I try to exercise as much as possible, I am doing swimming, gym and sauna now. And I am working towards starting my own business. I am writing this from bed relaxing and restoring my energy. I have the next 3 days off. The sauna is amazing 🤩 funnily enough my twin is now doing Sauna as well!! Warm bubble bath for me 😊

It totally flips your emotions if you've been feeling down.     What a great topic ! Acupuncture has been very helpful for me through this. Re sets the nervous system. Straight away I was shown my old timeline collapsed. Boom. Gone .     Thank you Natural Mystic for this clarity. I think I am in that stage of normalizing my parasympathetic nerves. I have worked my shadows but sometimes when I remember how my twin was mean to me, I get triggered and I have to revisit that incidence using the mirror exercise till I am no longer triggered. So I do the Buddhist chants, I sing and do breath work. Thank you once again. Blessings!

I hear people swear by it... but a health practitioner on X said something that resonated with me --> "why are we shocking and torturing ourselves with cold showers? That keeps our body in survival mode. Alert and fit sure, but in the long run we want to be in a state of thrival, relaxed..." Something like that. Which connects to the main point of this video. We get a calmer nervous system from doing what we enjoy doing! 😊

    Oh wow i knew dancing was making me feel better.For 20 yrs now ive always started my day off with meditation, than yoga the last year kundalini yoga and than the last 6 months ive come across somatic dance and its took me to another level in my spiritual practice.I love chanting which ive just got back into daily.I recognised in my 30s i needed to make sure to take time for self love for myself daily because as a healer you need to fill your cup up to give to others ❤I Love your content i really resonate with what you say and kundilini and dark night and twinflame awakening.My kundilini and dark night sent me into severe phychosis for 6 months i actually dont know how i got through it in one piece but i got on my yoga mat every day even if i was exhausted and just pushed through knowing everything has to end eventually.Also im a practising buddhist which really helped with my mindset 😇

    Yoga nidra is the best way to regulate your nervous system. Warm baths are better than cold baths for regulating your nervous system. Just take a cold shower.

    Tx, much appreciated I’m a heat lover too. Where the cold “therapy” is concerned, an even more gradual start is just applying ice / ice packs to small body areas… low back, back of the neck, knees, etc. I prefer the soft gel packs wrapped in a single layer of t-shirt like cotton, but there are certainly other options & preferences. Anyway, all the other things are great too!

    Thank you so very much for doing this! This has been a huge theme for me as I've been doing my healing. When our nervous system is disregulated it can make us feel and seem crazy...but it has nothing to do with our mentality (in my opinion). I think I may have requested this from you, but can't remember for sure, but either way, THANK YOU! It really helped alot! But...as for the cold bath/shower...NO THANKS! ha ha! We've been through enough! Why torture ourselves more...?! I'm 56 and all about comfort and pleasure. If the universe sends me discomfort fine but it is definitely not going to be self-imposed!😂 And yes, your point about seeing Union and abundance as normal is so true! I feel so fortunate that I've always known True Love is our default and that the collective mission is to come back to that. And I'm so sorry you were bullied by your karmic. It is such a horrible feeling. (I was with mine seven years and thankfully we didn't get married). Blessings and gratitude to you! 🥰💝🙏🌷

    Cold showers are sooooo hard but it really works for fight or flight! The cold makes you want to run but if you focus on your breath you can relax and not want to flee!

    I started with ice baths 3 years a go, to preparing I start with cold showers, fortunately it was in the summer when I started and a cold.shower was really fun. Ones you take it in your daily routine just stick to it so your body and the Para sympathetic system will get use to it. Start with cold shower at the end to just thanks yourselves for the experience ❤

I am currently having my saturn return in pisces and saturn transit on my moon and my twin came after many years back into my reality 2022.     I had hair loss at some point. But do not think it was cinnected to the journey. For me when I started eating healthier, I guess fungi or bacteria went to hair roots from other places. So I made a hair mask with antibacterial essential oil and use something against fungi - the special borch tree shampoo and sth else.

    Been getting involuntary muscle spasms in upper body. I know my NS is not great right now but I feel like the spasms are so random and it’s new. Maybe kundalini or TF impact? I never thought of a shock to the NS because of soul loss. Great insight 🙏
