The last few days I have had a difficult time meditating, calming myself is extremely difficult. I come to you for positive affirmations and energy. My TF journey is 20 years in the making. It’s been difficult at times very difficult. I will Not give up until we are together. No matter how many lifetimes I have to go through. I can feel her more and more, I can feel her emotions more than ever. Last night I was almost asleep when I became suddenly extremely frustrated. Spirit told she was feeling this and to calm her. I sent her Love, support, telling her that everything will be okay. This I repeated several times until I could feel her calming down. We are in total separation/no communication in the 3D, yet I Always give her Love. Thank You Rachael 🙏🙏🙏

I love these affirmations, Rachael. Thank you. Grateful for this video. This journey is beautiful and painful and I fully believe it will be beautiful in the end, when the separation phase is over.

Thankyou so much for your beautiful meditations, I spent the afternoon focussed on my twin flame which I hadn't done in a long time - we havnt had communication since September (other than a single merry Christmas message) - after a bath meditation and sending him unconditional love, I fell asleep to this. I fell asleep at about 11:45 and woke up at 12:00am to a message on my phone from him! It blew my mind!
