@@liuhansheng I don't know. It's a part of parade ceremony, it's a command given just before the arrival of commander. Probably it's a sample from one of parades in the Red Square in Moscow. But I don't know who is it and what the specific parade it was. Andrei Grechko was identified just because of date "60th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution" - he was a Marchal and the Minister of Defence of the SU at 1977.
