@@Ghostel3591ehh, wolf is an understatement. The dude is so jacked, even as a wolf it’s ridiculous. Dude can stop goats and Gorons in their tracks, haul a giant wrecking ball around without breaking his back or a sweat, and can hold onto ledges in either form for an indefinite amount of time. It’s just insane how incredibly powerful this one guy is, which makes sense because he’s a farmhand.

@@asherrudick3912 it was a figurarive comparision if he is compared to others. Obviously if we are talking about Twilight Link's strength compared to wolves in general - he is a powerhouse with only weak spot being his weight - which once solved with Iron Boots allows him to overpower Gorons in a sumo fight and stop them mid roll down from the mountain and just toss them away.

Beautiful arrangement. Skill training such a cool feature. Imagine a zelda game where, at the beginning of Links adventure, he has zero sword experience, and it shows. However, through training we see swinging animation change, damage increase, his lock-on animation become less wild and panicked and more calm and calculated. Just a thought

That would be sick. I’m just surprised that idea hasn’t been shown in other games. In one game, he’s the son of a blacksmith. In another, he’s just some kid living in the woods. In another, he’s a kid on an island who just wants to save his sister.

@asherrudick3912 exactly, and those are my favorite backstories for Link! Not the games where you do what you do because "you're the chosen one", but the game where you do what you do because you were one of the few brave enough to stand up for what's right

Oh, I love that you included the playful little flute parts at 1:10 and 1:28 from the version that plays when Link is demonstrating sword techniques to the Ordon Village kids! I'd like to think that after the end of the game, Link passes on the secret techniques from the Hero's Shade to Colin and others since the Hero's Shade regretted not being able to pass his knowledge down before he died.
