Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?
Friday Night Funkin' is an ongoing project that will continue to receive updates, bug fixes and new content. A full version of the game is currently in development, having been successfully funded via a Kickstarter campaign. Check the changelog here for information on the latest updates. The game is also open source to allow users to mod or simply look through its assets.

@@smashprosj after watching it... does this mean that twiddlefinger is canon in the maxdesignpro lore? are they gay lovers? the video had a framed photo of the good ending, so that means the events of twiddlefinger happened, which means that max (if it's even him) went insane and DID try to eat the gegagedigedagedago nugget, but was saved by the nugget but then, if the nugget, even if max was saved, was still scared of the silhouette of max, does that mean he has trauma now??? what is happening??? did the bad ending possibly occur as well??? my theorist senses are going off and im so insanely confused lol

@@Syncenomaybe that good ending photo is actually the past because there's a wanted paper in the wall which show max but with no eyes in the left [or right] just like in the twiddlefinger song so maybe that photo is the past and the crazy max is wanted and maybe that's why the chicken nugget is scared seeing max shadow crazy max is normal but suddenly become evil and that's probably Left some ptsd Sorry for the weird grammar

@@zafran715 I presume there are 2 different Max's. The implication of the poster yet Nugget lets Max in means that that's the normal Max but out there, a skinwalker doppelgänger version of him is out on the loose. This implies 2 things. Max and Nugget aren't in love but Fake Max is in love with nugget after watching behind after all the years. Another way to back this up is that during every brainrot vid, max has not shown any source of interest in anybody (only one vid a few months ago with a help me in it to help his GF but that's it) and if this max is "Madly in love" with Nugget, that just wouldn't track. I presume that this is a Max who has been stalking and preying on the two, jealous of how he can have nugget while he desperately wanted him. While one was building an empire on brainrot, the other seems to just want the nugget. Thats why in this vid, you can see Nugget let the normal Max in instead of being hesitant. Now some may argue it's after and max was somehow "cured" but if that were the case, why would they still have his old wanted poster up? Because it's not his, it's a faker trying to take Max's best friend (and brainrot accomplice) from him for himself.
The fact you somehow made this song sound even more godly should be impossible
