JYP is a strange case. Every Kpop fan either hates him or loves to hate him, but most of the people that actually work with him have good things to say about him, the idols who love to clown him (aka all JYPE idols) actually have a decent relationship with him - Bambam even said that he got closer to JYP after leaving JYPE. But he is also very hate-able… He’s a myth lol.

Based on watching the JYP survival shows, I think he's a very strict perfectionist, which working with people like that can be pretty rough, but in his personal life is a nice empathetic person.

JYP is coolest he always wants his talents to be themselves. Of course he is a perfectionist wants his artists to succeed. They always say that he wants to be more famous than his artists, I believe that he wants them to be ready of all the expectations and let downs as a kpop idol. He always says that you cant always be number 1, but having the longevity in the business, still earning making music doing the things you love, is success in itself.
