Not just for anxiety, but, if you recall, prior to the release of this catchy little tune, she went from wearing pain patches, to a cervical collar. That's because she suffered a herniated disk in her neck. She did undergo surgery at a specialist hospital for it, and it was successful. This was the reason why she was sitting during several performances beforehand, she couldn't stand the pain it put her through. It's also the reason why she gained weight. The medication she had been put on was a high strength, steroid based medicine, which can cause rapid swelling, and weight gain.

What I like is the producers didn't force her voice to strain. In my opinion, they should make more songs like this, so Momo can shine without straining or forcing her vocals. Just have this song for example, she shined because it fits on her.

Her rap in the pre-chorus is one of the best parts, "if it's dumb and I wanna be a fool" also iconic. and she's 3rd in line distribution. It's always Nayeon and Jihyo era, they get loads of lines in most title tracks. But if we're taking out the inflation, this is Chae's era for sure.
