This song is not only for the cactus. Its about them asking help from us and each other. They are asking us to see the sadness behind their smiles and bright appearance. They are scared that with time people will stop loving them and not care about them. They are scared people will find them boring as time goes. I've been following TWICE from the beginning. At one of their early concerts Nayeon started crying and said she worries that they will lose their fans love some day and that she did not think they were at all worthy of all the love that they were receiving. So many times during the early years they mentioned that they needed to work harder to better deserve the love of their fans. I think this pressure weighed heavily on them and contributed to psychological troubles most evidenced with Mina and Jeongyeon. Jihyo gave Mina the lyrics "I'll be fine" for a reason.
