How cool, lately I've been morphing into a half-guard player & like Lucas, i think it might have to do with all my training partners being GIANTS.

i'd like to echo all the calls for a half guard instructional from lucas. these techniques (along with others i've found from him in particular) are simple, fundamental ... this is the kind of stuff that you drill and then immediately use. excellent - please make an instructional and take my money!!!
