Cmon guys, if you're gonna watch a live performance you can't start with an awards show! Top is known for being amazing live but they do their best work in front of actual fans. Check out "holding on to you- live at Fox theater" for example.

Josh (drummer) and Tyler (singer) are a duo. The guitarists and keyboard player are just for the performance. Chocker is gives of their older style vibes. I have had the privilege to have saw them live, and honestly they were the BEST concert I’ve ever been to. They are INCREDIBLE live. Tyler came right up to the back of the arena during one of their songs. He walked right through the crowd, and stood on a platform that was a few rows away from me. They both even stood on top of the crowd who were in standing.

The drummer, Josh Dun, inspired this 50-year-old girl to star taking drum lessons after seeing them live. Sooo good! Watch more lives from them!

You should check out their old song Ode to Sleep, gives a mini intro to the band. Usually just the 2 on stage (singer/musician and drummer) but for this album cycle they seem to be changing it up a bit

If you never heard twenty one pilots yell before then you never heard twenty one pilots… But I suggest you guys watch them live because they're absolutely phenomenal and they're one of the last good live performers. Not to mention their music is very difficult to put in one category and normally there's only two of them for this album it seems like they're going on the road with a full van for the first time ever… But yeah Tyler and yells all the time and their dope as shit! LOL.

Twenty One Pilots, or TØP for short, was started by Tyler Joseph with 2 of his friends in Columbus Ohio. They released one album, which was self titled, in 2009 before the other 2 left because of family and other personal reasons. Tyler and Josh Dun had met at a venue after being introduced to each other by one of the original members of the band, and they quickly connected and became best friends, and Josh was the first one Tyler asked to fill the spots left by the other two members. It's been just the two of them ever since. Their first album together, Regional at Best, released in 2011, is not available anywhere except KZread, as after it was released they signed with the record label Fueled By Ramen and redid about half the songs from that album for their next one Vessel, which was released in 2013. This is when they first started to gain some real traction outside of Ohio. The album focuses a lot on themes of mental health, suicide, depression, death, and how day and night can affect our moods. It's my favorite album of all time, with Migraine being my favorite song ever. In 2015 came the big blowup in popularity with their album Blurryface. Stressed Out reached #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and won them a Grammy, and Ride hit #5. They went on 2 worldwide tours for this album. Blurryface is a character Tyler created to represent all of his depression, insecurities, anxieties, etc. and each song deals with some of those things. Their big tour ended in 2016 and the guys went on a very long hiatus, with no social media presence, no new music, etc. Before the hiatus they were asked by DC to make a song for the Suicide Squad movie, and they came up with Heathens, which is Tyler kind of roasting his fans, who were pretty toxic at the time. It fits right along with the Suicide Squad movie though. Tyler said that he submitted this and if the studio didn't like it then they would have just put this on their next album. This hit number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 I believe and I think they were nominated for a Grammy for it. In 2018 they released their album Trench. It's a concept album about a place called Trench with a city called Dema, where bishops control the people and make them feel depressed. The album is about trying to escape Dema, which is a metaphor for beating our own thoughts. It continues the story of Blurryface as well. The guys also released 2 singles in 2020 not connected to any albums: Level of Concern, a song about the state of the world and quarantine, and Christmas Saves the Year, which is exactly what it sounds like. None of their songs sound even remotely the same. I believe Tyler is one of the greatest lyricists and songwriters of all time, what he can do with words is amazing. Some of my favorites I'd love for you to check out are Migraine, The Judge, Morph, Chlorine, Guns for Hands, Addict With a Pen, Kitchen Sink, and anything else!

This is very different from how they normally perform. This is one of their first live performance where they have a full band. Previously it's only been Tyler- the singer- and Josh- the drummer. Their new album that came out last Friday is very different from their last album Trench. Tyler has never dyed his hair until recently, and he never plugs albums or songs like he did at the end here. However, they always perform fantastically and do a great job and have a ton of energy. This was just really different.🙂

They don’t usually play with a band it’s usually just the drummer josh and the singer Tyler performing with a track they only started having an actual band for this album because it’s a part of the lore

Good reaction! TOP is premier live band, actually sound same live. Also off new album my favorite "OUTSIDE". PS Tyler's is rap, hip, and scream in some videos. Not all, but that sometimes shock people who don't know them.
