Honestly, this albums just amazing to reflect to. Its been 5 or 6 years since i first listened to it. I have since graduated high school and have a BA. Ive gotten married, moved out, moved states, loved, lost, and lost again. Its been so, so crazy. Im also working a job that i have felt, for a long time, id lost myself to. But randomly i decided to listen to an old TOP playlist i had collecting dust in my youtube library. And i feel so, so much better. I feel like ive been reunited with my self again, like i woke up from a super long sleep or daze where i just wasnt quite able to keep up. I feel like i can actually feel time moving again, rather than all of a sudden looking at the clock and realizing its time for this or that or time to get something done. A calm wave of cold realization dropped over me, just waking me up to who i was and what im doing with my life. Howd i lose myself so easily, even while achieving the things i wanted to? I lost my drive, my spirit, my willingess to charge head on to help those around me. Ive grown meek and mild in action, and loud and proud in talk. Thats the exact opposite of who i am, who i was, who i was proud to be. I think its worth remembering that this album is a mirror for myself, one that shows me who i was and who i am now, and who i wanted to be.

This album literally just makes me cry ;( My mother was a huge fan of TØP. I introduced her to them in 2018 (this album was her first TØP experience), and we went to a concert together in october 2018. She said that it was one of the best and most memorable concerts she’s ever gone to. A year later she passed away due to breast cancer that had spread to the brain. @@kateb7751 i dont agree, Tyler is bigger than that, they just do what they ever feel like doing and people go through stages in life and i believe Tyler wants to leave many things behind as these albums have so much deeper meaning (you can check lyrics on genius), it's hard to live with suicidal thoughts and days don't go by when you think that much deep, sometimes leaving it behind if it's an option is the best case scenario, i still doubt that the new songs will less have meaning than what they had just maybe different style of music, less melo

This will always be my favorite album of TØP. I can't explain why, but these songs are the most powerful to me.

im 14, i first listened to this album when i was 9, that was 6 years ago. woah. since then i have seen these guys in concert and i can say i know every word to every song. i dont think tyler and josh will ever know how much of an impact this album especially had on me. thank you

When I was 9, I played freely all around my town until the street lights came on. Tyler and Josh weren't born yet. I found these guys through my daughter who needed them and is alive because of them. I wish a band like them existed when I needed them. But I did find other music that kept me alive...Pink Floyd. :) I am a #TOPmom!

whenever i drift away from this band, it's always this album that i stay emotionally attached to. i love this album to death, and no matter how far i go, it'll always have my back. i'm rejoining the clique again. i don't need to stop loving things because i want to make someone mad. i love this band so much, i'm so grateful. anyway, live on. you're all so loved here. mwah kiss kiss!

Sorry if I make the lore a bit much but Apparently Scaled and Icy is meant to be propaganda from DEMA. in a past image, there is a message saying "SAI is propaganda." SAI stands for scaled and icy. Hence the name, a Sai is a weapon, the same one that is shown in its logo. It may seem only coincidental, but it all comes together when you find that "Scaled and Icy" is an anagram for "clancy is dead," an older message from Twenty One Pilots. But then again, that is just a theory

i grew out of my top phase about 5 years ago but this album will always have a special little place in my heart

i havent listened to their old stuff in a while, and even though ive gotten better and happier, their music just really resonates with me as it was something i identified with for so long. every song and every word. im so excited to go see them for the fourth time in september even though i keep floating away from them. i have grown so much since i heard my first song from the boys, fall away. fifth grade was so long ago. these 6 years have been full of so much growth and im so glad i had their music to latch on to for so long.

logged back into this account for some late night nostalgia, i havnt listened to this album im maybe a year or two. drifted from the band quite hard, but god damn this album means a lot to me. i was like 12 when i first head this album, and i think its fair to say w/o twenty one pilots i genuinely dont think i would be here. thankful that i still am tho, and man, even though i dont like this band that much anymore, this album holds a very dear place in my heart.

You guys saved my life. Would’ve lived to a Measly 14 years old. Now I’m almost 20. Makes me cry when I think about what I almost did.... Suicide is a permanent “solution” to a temporary problem. They pain doesn’t go away either. It just moves on to the people that cared about you. Even if you think no one does... trust me. They do

I love the album artwork so much, I need to order the vinyl just to have it on my wall. It's amazing to hear this and then listen to clancy and hear how far they've come and evolved. But even here you could tell Tyler was underrated as a great lyricist, and Dunn is one of the best drummers in the industry.

I love all the Albums of TOP. They are amazing and talented. The voice of T. Joseph and How good J. Dun drum I'm inlove.

Idk if I’ve ever just listened to this whole album in order like this before. Even when I was first discovering it I was just finding random songs at a time. And basically, since I’ve been a fan, I’ve mainly just listened to these songs out of order along with every other twenty one pilots song in a massive shuffle on Spotify lol. It’s actually been a really cool experience listening to the album in order like this.
