Weirdly, I think I'm the only one, I prefer the studio version. (Maybe if I was actually there live I'd have a different opinion.) But the bass in the studio is epic.

I love the trumpet in this, it is so good. Before Dr. Blum did it, Josh did! I think it is in a recording live from Red Rocks. Can I just say though, again, how amazing Tyler's voice is in this song (and every other song). He's got power when he needs power. He can sing high when he wants. And I can't even think as fast as he raps! I love this though! Feel free to keep digging! There are so many old or live versions of things. I recently searched for videos taken by fans at the concert I took my son to a few years ago. If you cut and pasted, you could get the whole show!

You commented on the piano. It's actually just the piano shell, and he uses it for his keyboard. I believe it's the same one that he's had it since 2009 or 2010. The former drummer Chris Salih built / deconstructed it for Tyler.
