The boy never looks at the bord. I think he plays from photographic memory and only needs a glimp of the bord to see the changes.

I have thought the same thing. He will be looking at anything and hears the click. Glances a second then makes his move. Back to whatever he was looking at before. Then his opponent is like well crap. Then think a few minutes. Then repeat

This kid is the future champ for sure. The thing is his set ups are so good I also really like his body language and how he uses timer. Makes his mind up early on and then has more time to lure the opponent in later stages of the match. The girl had an opening there but made a mistake in moving king to the right and that was the end

I'm not a chess player, but seeing this videos it surely intreges me. To me it looks like Danilenko did not even intedded to attack while she was slaugthered by Tweedledum. Not al all what i'd expect

In his little mind, he has developed a highly complex chess algorithm. I can't believe it could happen at such a young age.

Растет, нет, уже вырос, гений, который почти мгновенно оценивает ситуацию и играет в чисто позиционном стиле. А уровень игры соперницы позволяет ему не напрягать мозги многоходовыми расчетами. Кстати, мастера шахмат всегда играют с любителями позиционно, поскольку их ходы не предсказуемы.
