The Governor was massively underrated. Negan is great as a anti-hero but as just an all out villain made by the apocalypse the Governor was a beast.

A great man who created a functioning society and a beautiful city, a city where people were truly happy, although the price was too high. He lost a lot, regained it, but made the wrong choice, becoming TWD's most iconic villain. Philip "Governor" Blake

This is single handlely the best tribute for Philip | The Governor. As far as I know and searched for there isn’t much good quality tribute with meaning to the character and their potential. What I love about this video is that it shows all the character development,all the pain,all the loss that motivated him to stretch the truth to do whatever it takes to win. It shows how far he is before the apocalypse. “Too Far Gone” symbolizes how Philip’s natural instinct to kill and be in charge and be a murdering king. All his thoughts,his kindness,the bravado,before the prison truly showed that The Governor was inevitable in the end.

The best villain beside Negan🔥😭

The Governor was the best and most complex villain (and really everyone becomes a villain of sorts to survive)...they should do a prequel series about him. IMO: unfortunately the show started to fade after he was gone ;)

The Governor, Dale, Hershel, and Shane are the only characters that I truly miss. Nobody interestingly new came into the show but I guess Beta and Alpha are kinda cool?? They don't compare to Negan or Governor tho. But yeah Governor is king

Governors: you can lose a lot of soldiers and still win a game Me: I never knew that he was foreshadowing what happened to him. He technically won he destroyed the prison so rick and them couldn't live there

That's the one thing the governor done that I hate it that was killed Herschel but the governor was the most awesome bad guy to me I love the times at the prison and of course the farm after that it just went downhill for me I hate Megan worse for what he done to Glenn
