it's so rare to see a group where all get along and take care of each other. We are so used to see members leaving, no contacting anymore, but they are all so close. Even if someone leaves due to being tired (which is completely understandable, jype exploits them) they would still be friends. There is no other group like TWICE. They are one in a million

With the letter making her cry that much, I think Nayeon really made her feel loved and appreciated for being there with them. I felt that moment, those were some tears from the heart!
