Hi all,I have a dual channel Ronin.I bought it for long rides.Just back from a 2000km long ride.No heating issues.Managed to do a 964 km ride from Mangalore to Navi mumbai in 16.5 hours inclusive of 2 Fuel stops,Loo breaks,Breakfast,Light lunch and a tea break.It performed well at high speeds.Had no issues at all since the time I bought it.Even on unpaved roads and gravel roads the bike performed superbly because of the dual purpose tyres.The only constant irritant was the Wind blast at high speeds.It has decent power and torque for highway cruising at speeds between 90kmph to 100kmph.

I'm confused between two options TVS Ronin and RE Meteor 350. Which one would be better for longer run? My height is 5'8" and weight 65kgs (slim built). Will RE Meteor be too heavy?

Saw your earlier video as well & it helped me a lot in my decision to buy a Ronin, Thanks a ton! Regarding one of the questions in this video related to engine heating here's what I think - I was notified during the delivery that the engine tuning till first service has been kept high, meaning it easily touches 4k RPM (sometimes even more) when riding in 5th gear @ 70-80 KMPH. The TVS person informed me that this is normal & will be changed to a lower RPM setting after first servicing. Could this be reason engine may heat slightly more than usual? Overall I have only driven 500 KMS (only in city) & my experience has been great so far!

At the speed of 50 to 60km/,hour..this bike abs breaking system will work effectively or not..I mean whether abs system will only work at perticular speed limit or not

As a tvs-ronin owner i did feel very problematic heating for the first 200 kms. Since the tank is made of metal you will feel unbearable heat on the right side of your thigh for tge first 200 kms. But now that i have ridden it for 1500 kms that issue has reduced considerably.

I agree...I experienced the same with Apache 160 2v, since it also has metal fuel tank.....the hearing issue disappeared after 1.5k kms for me, after first service

I need a good suspension city ride comfortable bike, with security is the top most consideration ( I understand dual channel abs should be to the best choice here). I am expecting a relaxed cruiser like seating bike for a 5'5" taller male. I would never accelerate in seconds and I am not going to race, long drive or off-roading. I will be going for regular 50 km round trip in Bangalore (not during typical office hour). My question is whether TVS Ronin dual channel abs could be the best choice for me? How about " after sales service" experience for TVS ?

I'm confused between hunter and ronin. Hunter easily available in my area were for ronin i have to go 200+km far I asked in my city local tvs showroom they said me i have to travel 200+ km from my city because of ronin is premium bike and has only premium showroom and i have to go there and collect by my self also after sales for free service they said that i have to pay the expense of premium showroom engineering for servicing so mu confusion is i liked ronin over hunter but hunter is nearby me were as ronin 200+ km

I now own a Honda Activa, which I have been riding for the past year, and I am considering purchasing a new bike, but I am torn between the Fz-x and the Ronin. I recently learned to ride a gear bike, but I am still hesitant to ride in traffic. My height is 5.9 and weight is 70 kg, although I am physically lean. I prefer Ronin because of its attractiveness and features, but it appears to be more comfortable with fz-x because to its weight. I'm seeking for simple and comfortable ride, with a preference for city commuting and once a month touring. Please suggest sir

@@pritishpagare9695 Hi with almost the similar conditions applied to me aswell. I have recently bought bought Tvs Ronin almost a week ago I got the delivery. Riding in Mumbai traffic is something I expected to be very challenging especially it being my first bike. Completely against my expectations it is very comfortable and kinda easy to ride it in the city. Obviously still I am no where nere to being the best rider still sometimes the bike turns off in between traffic, they key is not to panic , more you practice you get better. And about the bike its definitely worth it. Absolute beast and you literally enjoy every moment riding it.( Coming from someone who thought bikes are boring and Driving car is the max fun)

Sometimes i may be go out of town, may keep my bike idle for 1/2months, which bike may give least start troubles in such cases. ??? Because nowadays bike come without kickstart. Kindly suggest?

I have bought TVS Ronin Dual Channel ABS OBD 2 vetsion on 2nd June 2023. But yesterday suddenly when I was riding the bike I saw the high beam signal glow. But after some time the signal gone. But then I checked & found that the headlight not glowing. High beam & low beam all not working. Only T shaped drl glowing. No engine check light coming. All the functions of the bike is working except headlight. I have gone to the service center & they checked all fuses & relay but they are all ok. They kept my bike in the service center.

@@peekabu Rear is not good but front is good but not best. Could have been better. But using both brakes simultaneously its good.

Plz tell me RE hunter or Tvs Ronin is better for long rides, and technology wise which one is better

Tvs Ronin owner here I have not driven in highway or long ride but bike is very good in city (good in traffic) and as for technology Ronin is better than Hunter. From what I heard hunter performs better in Highways than Ronin.

Hello Bhai, I took tvs Ronin from pune, as this bike was not available in TVS showrooms near my city (baramati). Now for 1st service, should I go to my nearest service centre (where Ronin is not available) or to Pune only ?

Bro Ronin is good in city for quick acceleration, compared to hunter , highway performance is good if ur going to cruise at 89-90, stable h,. Avg bhi thik thak h. But pillion seat choti h. Hilly area mei thoda problem mahsoss ho sakta h.

I own tvs ronin and have taken a test drive for cb300f. I didn't not like the cb 300f at all. Cb300f felt vibey at low speeds and also cb300f does not feel like a big bike when you ride it. The only thing which is better compared to ronin in cb300f is the turning radius.

you might be have bit trouble finding your seating posture.. if that's your concern go for hunter 350

I have ridden hornet dabba gaadi and my 2012 apache 160 had better pickup and handling than this trash.

Bro i heard that, ronin specially prepared for long drive, so I don't think heat issue will come At Ronin..if someone ride Ronin continues upto 250km-300km at at around 90/hr speed
