Minah you're the best.

This is what i've always love about Minah, she sings with so much emotion all the time, and you kinda feel that emotion too while she's singing, look at the audience Ps. To those who thought that she strained a bit. She didn't actually strained. She has a slightly husky voice so when she does high notes it comes out as a style or whatever you call that haha.

I have to agree with the first sentence. MinAh clearly put her emotions on singing, it's just too damn good. But, that "she didn't strain" comment is actually fake. There are many ways to strain, but the "main one" is jumping away from your "comfort zone", or supported vocal range. MinAh's supported range goes up to a Bb4/B4, and those two notes (the one that she does with the male vocalist and the one near the end) are actually out of her supported range. Sure, maybe the first one doesn't sound strained because there wasn't the "strain sound" (when she gasps, I don't know how to say that) because she changed the note to an lower one.

her first high note with the male was a C#5 definitely out of her supported range and then her last Eb5 was even higher out of her supported range. She strained a lot and you can definitely hear it. She's still a great singer and she is very talented.

It was an strained E5 unfortunately. She extends hee support up to B4/C5 only in mixed voice.

Can I just slap this vid to anyone who says Girl's Day's main vocalist can't sing? Look at how she EFFORTLESSLY pulled of those high notes like GURL. Although the last part is where she strained a bit, I'm so proud of my Minah!!!! 💝💝

bora bora I think her voice is very recognizable, her tone and her vibrato! I remember listening to vixx's you're mine for the first time and and instantly recognizing it. I was just playing the album and wasn't expecting her voice to appear lolol
