To the interviewer: one suggestion - the moment you interrupt you break the flow. There is a streamline process called thought process, which is evoked when you place question and reply shapes up with insights and anecdotes, hope you know this, when you interrupt there is high possibility that it becomes turbulent and you kill the FUN. There is a saying, live and let live, just like that "Listen and let other listen". Be good at question which you are we all know, but try to be a good listener - good for you and us.

Yeah. He is a great personality. But sometimes he tries to showoff his knowledge in various fields. We should all know, in this virtual world, everyone has or can have basic knowledge of different domains.

@@bitethebyte Great personality! on that we can disagree, more he is like annoying personality to me ( _after watching several interviews him as an interviewer_ ). This thing may happen when one forgets the difference between a *"Group Discussion"* and an *"Interview"* ( _with little bit dose of probable inferiority complex_ ).

Agar netao k sath professional rehte ho to inke sath bhi raho na... interviewer ho to wahi ban k raho....
