Hi Casting Team Your video 'Casting Metal: the Basics' is made-for-kids in the settings which means I can't save it to a playlist. What the setting means is that it's in essence a children's-show meaning KZread protects it excessively. If you remove the setting it will still be safe for people of all ages except I can comment on your good work and save it to a playlist for future viewing. If you change it, you'll be the MVP :)

The first slide mentions a lack of skilled workers. If the UK valued skilled workers as they do in Germany, and pay them well, and encourage skilled work at schools there will be more skilled workers available. Until the focus shifts from a service industry back to manufacturing and adding value to raw materials there will always be a shortage. I think Germany is better in this respect but still has a long way to go. Pay well and train from a young age. This applies to all skilled work industries.
