Has there ever been a more magnificent Miss Universe?! I'm not Filipino, and I don't know any Tagalog but I can say emphatically that she is one of the best EVER! So beautiful, poised, elegantly humble, and grounded in her love for her people - the Philippines! Anyone who watched the 2015 pageant knows that she absolutely destroyed the field of contestants. It was no contest, really; the crown was her's from the beginning.

If I were Pia, i would try my luck in Hollywood. Compared with all the Filipino stars, she is the most popular as of the moment. Hindi man siya sumikat kagaya ni Bea Alonzo, Sarah Geronimo, Marian Rivera na sikat sa Pinas, the popularity of Ms Universe 2015 exceeds them all. All the major TV and Radio Stations in the US have interviewed her. Famous celebrities in Hollywood congratulated her. I am really inspired with the success of our Ms Universe. Congratulations Ms Pia. We love you so much.

Honestly, when she was announced as the winner, my aunt and I jumped, screamed, laughed then cried. What a rollercoaster of feels on that moment! She's my favorite, Ms. Universe titleholder! 👏😘💜

Everything happens for a reason. Wag nyo sabihin na hindi sya pinansin or binigyan ng big break sa abs sa 12 years na nasa showbiz sya. Kasi she had shows naman. Hindi lang sya ang bida and hindi lang sya super sumikat like kathryn bernardo status pero IF SHE DID. Lets say binigyan sya ng big break, sumikat sya ng bongga noon at hanggan ngayon, if that happened, i would assume na she would've concentrated her life in showbiz and put her beauty queen dream aside. And if that happened, eh di wala sana saatin ang korona ngayon.

lou x tama ang mga sinabi mo seguro blessing sa kanya ang hindi sya nabigyan noon ng big break dahil kung nagka ganoon baka nga nag concentrate ba lang sya sa showbis with big bucks going to your account I don't think na may time pa syang sumali sa pageant, so everything happens for a reason and MU is her destiny to be more successful and admired worldwide. So wag ng mag comment ng against ABS-CBN bagkus magpasalamat tayo na yung break na ibinigay sa kanya ay naging tool nya sa tagumpay na ito. Everybody deserved this crown particularly the Filipino people. So let's cheers and be happy.

Gracias, but I better hope your fellow countrymen would stop distorting the MU2015 pageant. It's been 7 years and still there are some (not all) Colombians haven't moved on from what could've been a simple mistake that pageant fans should've let go and move on.

Pia lagged behind Bea in terms of being on a superstar status especially in their younger years... Bea was requested by a lot of pageant fans to join Binibini since Bea was also a beauty queen in her teen years as Miss Pasig however, Bea has been uber successful through the years as an artist. That's why Pia found her way to success and that is through pageantry and now both are already successful in their own ways. Kanya-kanyang istorya, kanya-kanyang tandhana. 😉

Here is what I think. She started at 12 along with Bea Alonzo. It means that by the age of 15 or so, that should be the height of her popularity like the others. By the time you are in your mid 20s, you are pretty much on the way out. Pia didn't get into the beauty pageant until she was around 23 years old. Her chance to become a star from ABS CBN has eclipsed. She was beautiful then. However, Bea and other stars took off, and she was probably sacrificed to get non leading roles. What ABS CBN gave her was the opportunity to act in front of the camera. It's now second nature to her.

alam mo nmn siguro 'yong "pag di mo oras, di mo talaga oras!"... 😊 mismo nga si pia, alam na nya kung bakit di agad2 nangyari ito lahat. alam nya na may nilaan si God para sa knya, at ito nga mismo ang nakalaan sa kanya. maging isang MISS UNIVERSE. hndi lang sa pilipinas sikat, pati buong mundo, UNIVERSE rather, sikat na sikat sya. 😊😊 kaya wala tayong karapatan isisi sa iba. kasi mismo si pia.. walang pinagsisihan. 😊
