Love this fireplace. The heat comes out of the front so its easy to have it recessed into the wall/fireplace. Love all of the color options and it heats our living room pretty fast.

This looks amazing!! I've always wqnted to something like this in my home and have looked at many videos but this is by far the best one I've seen. I'm definitely getting this done.

@@hawkism wow that’s a lot! Is that including the fire? I’m not sure if they’ve gone up recently due to high demand or if it’s based on what tradesmen charge in your area. I know materials cost has gone up since we had ours done but that seems a lot! Hope you get sorted!

how did you go about it with your sky? we’ve had to have our satellite wires drilled to the other side of the wall(exterior wall) and yours is on the interior wall?

I’m not sure the exact measurements as my partner had all the emails lol! But I know our TV is 55 inch and matches well in width!

Did you move you home alarm sensor? isnt that now boxed in.

Can I ask what timber size you used? And Was it MDF or plaster board? And what size screws you used?

Where did you find the lights I’m having a hard time finding any

Looks great Did you include any hidden storage for sky box or anything? Designing our own currently

Thank you! The sensor is just behind the media wall now. We have enough alarm sensors downstairs so we were able to cover 🙂

How much was it for the joiners work?

How wide are those shelves is it 500mm or 600mm?

All the pricing is different depends on the fireplace you get and the cost of wood you decide to buy for framing

Hi, we used a full motion TV bracket. Our TV is 55 inch so any full motion bracket to fit your TV size will work. We can pull our TV out to get to our sky box at the back and we can tilt the TV left and right to view from different angles x

Thank you! We bought the fire separate so that was around £850 and then the wall including lights was £1700. We bought the TV desperate abs wall bracket. Hope that helps ☺️

It’s going really well, only very slight cracking on the ceiling area. I easily touched this up with some caulk. It’s just like any new plaster that cracks slightly when it settled

TV is 55 inch. Size of the media wall I will Be honest I’m not sure on the dimensions. We just make equal part shelving on either side of the 55 inch TV. Hope that makes since 😂🥰

Thank you! I’ll be honest we didn’t have enough snags to do a full video. They were extremely minor! Just little scuffs or dints on the walls and some sealing we needed doing in the bathroom. We got a professional snagger for peace of mind!

i feel like you need to get fake plants or real plants, it makes everything look more alive :) (not trying to force you or boss you about i just think it would look really nice as well)

The TV placement is a little too high. The TV is there for you to watch and not as a decoration; therefore ideal positioning is most important. If you want to go for looks, you should skip the TV all together.

@@jennabarton6176 That makes sense. Perhaps we should let the people know the seating arrangement is important when the TV is mounted this high. The "viewing sofas" (perhaps reclining) needs to different than those normal guest entertaining sitting sofas.
