Kanwal should focus on acquiring basic manners, and it's important for the two interviewers to respect each other and allow the other to speak during the interview. Why she dont let him speak up? And if he speak why don’t respect his opinion, and man she is so loud.

Such a poor hosting of kanwal. She should be replaced by some professional host who is aware of the etiquettes of being a host.
