Double stops trills seem to be very good practice and it needs to fit the place in the piece . But one need to be at that lvl. Congrats . You can play anything .

Thanks! Seriously, the one thing I am learning from studying these Ysaye sonatas is to be humble enough to live with flaws. For me a hard but necessary lesson!
