hahaha get the TAB man. it's a hard one but once you learn the first section and go through all that hell, the rest is learned rather quickly. And the next boomchic you learn will be 10 times easier. All you have to do is suffer through learning the opening riff of Windy and Warm. Tommy chose this one for good reason. There is something about the tune and the way it's fingered on guitar that just trains your fingers for harder stuff. Sorry for the rant. Learned this song about 5 years ago and it really had a big effect on my playing. BEST OF LUCK MANNNNNNNNnnnnnn

If you cant learn from these types of videos than you need to learn the basis of the style hes playing or maybe learn the chords. This video shows of the picking and helped me learn how to play the melody. So if I can learn from it so can you.

Adi Iqbal you may be a much better player than I. I try to learn every note. I can hack my way thru something that sounds a bit like it.

Robert Lee just listen to it carefully, many times, slowed down. then find the notes on the guitar by ear and ouf it together. use this video to help figure out correct chord shapes if you’re unsure

I agree. I play well enough to learn this song, and I thought the video left a lot to be desired. Tommy is great. The producer/director/camera guy (at least one of them) doesn't know how to do a lesson video, although they aren't alone. I wish, at very least, a lesson video just shows the guitarist so you can see BOTH hands, unless you split the screen. Most of this video has the left hand fingering out of focus and often blocked. Lesson? Nah!
