same for ionvac robo vac 2000. The side brush (gears) is the same as Eufy RoboVac 11S, 11S MAX, 12, 15T, 15C, 15C MAX, 30, 30C 35C

Where u buy this motor ...can't find it

I know it's a little late but I contacted the coredy support and they sent me a brush motor module for 26€.

Anyone else have trouble getting the front bumper to attach correctly? Looks like it snaps right into place in this video bit that's not our experience. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

Same problem this company sent us a replacement part and wanted us to replace it ourselves... such a pain. *Edit, fixed the problem when re-assembling the robot make sure everything is aligned properly, when I screwed the motherboard back onto the body I didn't set it properly and the 2 metal pieces on the front of the motherboard were not seated properly, hope this helps someone else.

Has anyone been able to figure out if there is a supplier for the gears that go inside the sidebrushes motor gearbox? EDIT: Expect the gears in the RIGHT motor to fail after 1.5 years under daily use. There are two vendors on ebay that sell replacements for 13-17$ each shipped. Coredy wants 55$ to repair each robot if this issue occurs. Use this video along with the ebay vendors to repair your unit. Between my house and the rest of the family we have four of these units with each of them showing the same failure. Edit2: Coredy will also tell you to buy a NEW ROBOT instead of replacing the gears.

link on where to get the replacement motor?

My vacuum just started making a loud ratcheting noise is this most likely problem? It’s less than 8 months old.

Do you expect customers to take the whole robot apart and change out a motor they have to buy themselves? What’s the point of a warranty then? Ridiculous resolution to a problem. I’ve only had mine 9 months and the side brushes have stopped spinning, despite cleaning and replacing them.

Would love to know where I can buy a side brush module from. I do not see any on Amazon or your website. I also do not know why you guys use plastic as the gears in the side brush modules as they tear easily.

We need a video showing how to change the battery. My robot has a steady red light while charging and apparently I need a new battery?

@@jackleaves Keep emailing them. They will eventually send you a new one. It's a pain at first but keep at it

I came here wanting to know how to remove those side brushes.. this was totally the wrong video for that. Google sucks lol.
