Kick ASS!!
If I have a empty trailer or it's got a light load on it I will lay blocks of wood down in a stair step type configuration and either pull up on it or back up on it which is way safer than a jack due to I still have my other axle still sitting on something more solid than air. One other thing I do is try and have my tires that are beside each other to be as close to the same height as the other one ( run a matched pair or as close as I can ) I learned the hard way when my grandmother gave my parents a motor home and she said they always had tire blowouts and we found that most of her tires were about 1/2"-1" different in height plus the exhaust pipe was ran right in front of the tires

Can i use just one wheel on a dually tire axle?
Is that the same rim just reversed on both tires
You didn't mention lining up the little stud on the hub with the oblong hole in the wheel. What is the purpose of that stud ? I bought an extra 8 hole wheel for a spare that has a round hole for a stud that doesn't line up with the stud on the trailer What gives?
