Some women have no idea that wearing weave is a protective style which I know it is. I wore weave as a protective style myself but stopped because my hair was long enough that I didn't need it for hair growth and to retain length anymore.

I have the same curling iron and my weave is always getting caught in the screws. Its frustrating because im trying to reduce the shedding of my extensions because i love the hair so much and ive bought the same set but the hair was obviously different than the hair i love now. When i curl away from my face the hair, 26 inches, always gets caught, but i probably have to use smaller sections.
