Hi, There is no way to limit the power, only to set different speeds.

the engine should be limited electronically only. So you just need to unlock the speed. Even if limited, you should still have all the torque available, but the speed is limited to 25.

Can you explain also how to set the other parameters? In particular, can you explain how to lock the throttle to 6 km/h?

It is legal in Spain. When driving on public roads, please ensure that the maximum speed is not higher than 25km/h.
