This is the competition form, not the traditional form. 此是竞赛套路的八卦掌，非传统的。

Very nice. Olympic level quality and proficiency. Also, good particularly for Olympics, not to be confused with combat. Based mostly on Cheng style (sure, Cheng was limpen proletariat, so green light from Communist party, contrary to intellectual Fu, for example) and seriously beautified at the expense of depth of meaning (even form is taught mostly without explanation of most of the movements meaning - not important for the purpose. Not to diminish the value as a training tool - methodically its of very high level. Well, just rumbling of the old man.

太极拳也打不了人，但也算是功夫。话说回来，舞蹈也是功夫，不应该轻视。

以前在清朝皇宮王府中當侍衛教頭的八卦掌太極拳楊露禪，伊福等等都是真功夫折服皇親國戚，不能打人怎麼抗衡刺客?當沙包飯桶嗎？不知道就別亂講
