Bonjour à tous, Je rajoute un commentaire personnel sur ma propre vidéo car le nombre important de vues à ce jour, dues bien sûr au simple titre, attirent les puristes à des réflexions acerbes. Ce tutoriel n'était pas destiné initialement à être public car il a été conçu pour des niveaux débutant et début intermédiaire, un outil de travail consultable à souhait après les cours en présentiel. Il ne s'agit que d'une suite d'extraits, pointant vers le travail main gauche ou main droite, ou la synchronisation des deux, en mode simplifié et parfois éloigné de l'interprétation originale. Il existe beaucoup de vidéos fidèles à ce morceau mythique. Laissez donc celle-ci enseigner les finesses de la main gauche à ceux qui démarre l'apprentissage de la guitare !

I cannot understand a word this guy is saying I don’t understand why nobody plays Hotel California without a Capo you can’t play the whole entire song what are you supposed to do pick up another guitar start playing the rest of the song doesn’t make any sense to me it’s got to be a better way of playing the song without a capo and and finger style tab annotation where people can’t understand what the hell they’re doing I think this is why people get confused about playing guitar on KZread because they don’t understand the guy says put a finger here put a finger there and no Taber no notation would you drive across country without a Road map I wouldn’t it applies the same with music put a notation but the tab put the map on the screen so you can see what you’re doing and not just looking at a guitar with fingers and knuckles I’ve been playing for 47 years and I have not seen a good version of this song yet probably never will keep all the sevens for it and pick up another guitar bullshit

Hello, The guy replies: why so much hatred! You don't understand what I'm saying because it's in French :) This tutorial is not for guitarists as strong as you! It is in fact aimed at my students who are still beginners and should not have been published in public. I show them in class a specific exercise on a total or partial piece, pointing to the left hand or the right hand, and I give them a little tutorial so that they can work at home ... And too bad if the exercise in question is not temporarily too faithful to the original. Thanks to these partial exercises, they will quickly know how to play the original, drawing inspiration from tutorials made by great guitarists like you. So thank you for your very constructive comment and the links to your own videos so that we can draw inspiration from them.
