How do i save the settings i put on? None are saving

Settings should be saved automatically and you have to use profiles for that, also I highly recommend checking for firmware updates both controller and receiver

Can you change the name of the profiles or are we stuck with "profile 1"

That was happening with the oldest firmware's and if you enter and exit the settings on the controller while gaming Lately didn't face any issue

Mine fixed itself. Sounds weird but toggling the R1 R2 pull length buttons and clicking the buttons a bunch and switching back may have actually fixed it. This isn’t a scientific solution. But it may be something to it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Can I get help when I change my ls to fast and right to precision I can’t save and it’s opposition my controller

That was an issue with previous firmware, try to check if there are any updates and reset the settings on your controller too

That depens on what you're gaming, for FPS i prefer fast then eventually change sensitivity in game, for motorsport precise

Click the plus on bottom Hit Y Go to Buttons Whatever P you want Go to the right til lsb or rsb

The dpad is way to sensitive when playing street fighter. Can you help ?

The only thing I can suggest is to check if there are firmware updates that somehow can fix that, unfortunately you cannot change the sensitivity of the dpad on the Turtle Control Center 2 app

The app on Xbox sometimes it has some weird behavior, I would suggest updating through the PC app

it enhance the sensitivity of the stick, and should make aim more precisely

Just got mine a couple days ago doesn’t turn on the Xbox. It doesn’t even turn on. It takes me an hour just to figure out how to get the thing. No fucking Work before I start a game.

Just got mine today. Turned off 3 times at 40% battery. Stick drifting. Profiles not saving and aim a bit weird.
