I have an Xbox one and I plugged it into my controller. I can't hear anything in the headset but I can hear it on my tv. Ive tried all settings and it works on other devices. (I've tried my switch and phone and they both have sound)

I can’t seem to hear that well out of these, I’m having a lot of issues trying to get voice chat and stuff working and also game volume, idk why I can’t get it figured out, any tips?

Open your Xbox Guide and go down to the speaker icon at the bottom. Make sure the volumes are set correctly for game/voice chat. That's sadly the best I got unless you got a bad unit and need a replacement.

The only time I have seen these cut out with was 1 of 3 issues. Either the headset itself (something with the cable) or the port on the controller. If you have a different controller try it and see if it happens with that controller. If it does, it may just be a bad connection on the headphones. Hopefully you could swap them out if your not past your 90 days.

hey so i got the headset and controller bundle and i'm 100% sure the mic is messed up it barely picks up my voice all my setting are right and the mic is all the way down but it doesn't pick anything up. here's the problem i would send them both back but idk if i have everything to send it back i have the box and stuff but if i do idk what to buy most headsets i get are bad and barely work.

In that case, have you tried a different controller? It could be the audio jack on your controller and not the headphones if you have had this happen more than once.

I bought the ps4 one by accident. Will it still work on my series S?

Open your guide menu with it plugged into your controller. Go to the Sound looking icon at the very bottom and check to see if your game sound is set to the to the headset. It has a slider where you can have it 50/50 with voice or 100% voice or 100% game volume.

Is there any way to connect this headset to a 360?

Yes it should plug into the controller and work.

What I mean is I have a xbox one s and a new xbox shock blue controller but for some reason when I plug it in to the controller I can head audio still coming from my TV and from the headset

Go into your settings and tell it to only use the headset audio. That should fix it.

It is wired, so it doesn't have one.

Yes, the left ear has the volume control. If it is still to low, on Xbox open your guide and at the bottom right you should see a speaker icon. You can adjust the volume as well as how loud the voice is vs the game.

Yep, still using it today.

I got same 1 for my son but it don't work on his controller he gets no sound but if he plugs in to TV it works. Using xbox series s.

Double check his audio settings on the Xbox. You may need to set the audio to come through the headset. (I know this was a feature when the Xbox Ones first came out in 2013, I'm not sure if it automatic now or not)

@@BigCVlogsthanks for replying. I got it to work now.. I updated controller still was not working. change the audio settings still didn't work... switched off the Xbox and put it back on again then it worked lol.

Just flip the mic up. When the mic is flipped up, That is muted. When it is down then your voice chat is live.

The only reason I can think of is the mic is now down far enough. Flipped up the mic is off and flipped all the way down the mic is on. Outside of that, double check your voice/audio settings in Xbox. (It can be disabled in the Xbox Settings) Lastly... a defective headset.
