From Maplewood MN USA, Thank you for fighting for all of our freedoms. Our countries leadership had finally worked out a military aid package. Use it wisely so that if this dries up again we will have something to fall back on. However be willing to use it in abundance when/where is opportunistic for strategic reasons. We should just give 125 billion one lump deal. European countries could match that so it would be 300,000,000,000. Add on top of the monies moving in thru the Interest on the total assets of 600,000,000,000.00. Only 54,000,000,000,000.00 is being talked about as interest off the assets in its holding. That moneys being used from the assets through non liquid means is only around 300,000,000,000.00. Meaning it would get enough when used wisely to rebuild the country in a new system to modernize the country when it is rebuilt on the East side of Ukraine. I would simply suggest that half goes to each side get internationally contracted out to the best company for the job. Not how cheap it is or who is friends with who. Have a Independent party pick the contractor per project. While each contractor would be free to bid on whichever jobs they were suited for. So Ukraine can have even more modern than the best cities in the world with global warming taking into account for infrastructure projects. I just hope whichever way that they go that they do it properly and not half-assed with bad equipment or material's.
