I was in highschool in the 2000s and we did not dress like this this was definitely a 90s look I always wanted to do a outfit like this and a hairstyle but unfortunately I was too young for the style and by the time I became old enough we were into Jordan's Nike ones phat farms although we had some printed pants nothing like this valor suits jean jackets Jersey dresses baby phat pants with the baby fat jacket Apple bottom jeans that's 2000s 😂

Most definitely thought I was the only one that noticed this was 2000s hair especially with the swoop twists. The telephone cords came a couple of years later. I use to wear these hairstyles with the swoops and telephone cords for years.

They have no idea just how old many of these trends are. It’s really a certain type of blk woman who’s glam has gone global and is now the standard for beauty which is crazy and cool if you know who those women are. IYKYK! They deserve their roses.
