Only for a week. The episodes come out every 2 days for everyone. I didn't feel it appropriate for asking for money without giving anything in return, so I decided to give them an early look at the videos.

Good progress today with new tech being integrated - progress !! I must mention a few things I'm cringing about - you are not using the power priorities you always used before and I'm guessing it's because you forgot how you set it up in the past, so I take on me to help - currently, since both shafts have similar priorities on the generators, you are periodically burning double the coal hence losing a valuable resource while also causing the mining and transportation of said resource to work more because of the need. you might claim that it would probably be the same if only one shaft is utilized to the max, I don't know about that, but it cringes me to see, just saying. - around the farming, I could see you making the mistakes and demolishing and rebuilding before you were doing it :( - when you built the con.parts 3 assembly, I couldn't understand why you where not copy-pasting the previous row and then - why did you have to unpause all of it, draining the backup of con.parts 1 & 2 you had - at least, why completely drain them, why not build 3 assemblers and then let the thing build up some inventory using that for the power plant upgrades for example, - imo, the steel smelting will need to be moved before long to make room for more iron smelting (I get that you are racing to the next furnace level but maybe you going too fast and loose about it ? idk, I'm more conservative in my approach - laid back and easy - which is why I play on Captain difficulty... just thinking of the cost of those actions - kills me to watch @_@ I hope there's a plan behind all of this...

There is absolutely zero pre-planning that goes into what I'm building (maybe a bit of extra play time after recordings, but that only catches the most obvious issues). I even say that in the intros lately, we are at the mercy of the research queue, and we just go along as technologies get unlocked, and then we plug holes as they come up. I really don't like building things that are min-maxed to oblivion. It's pretty much the same philosophy as I had in DSP. Just build until a problem comes up, fix that until things are stable again, and then carry on with other things. The small scale constructions are relatively efficient, but I tend not to worry about the big picture so to say (in DSP the smelters were perfectly ratio'd, but whenever I needed more iron plates, I just slapped down a random number of towers until we had enough). :) Plus I really don't tend to worry about making temporary things work all that well. :D Like the iron. I know those are not long for this world, so I don't mind just building the next stack of smelters on the other side of the steel (which is what I did for E8, which I'm editing right this moment).
