It's for shade when walking outside

I’m super pale and I live in florida. My fav thing to do is wear black to the beach and bring an umbrella and looking mysterious lmao.. will definitely be making one of these lol

There is a hole in the center of the lace where the parasol tip is inverted. It doesn’t slide out as the bottom edges are attached and the tip of the parasol is raised a few inches above the hole.

@@IraRottDesigns bought the design 2years ago. Had a bad time then, so started crocheting last week again… But can’t find out where I stopped, for further crocheting now 😳😳. I think I end it now by crocheting a final end. The umbrella is big enough…. So my imagination needs to be used….

Is the top of the material glued or sewn. That part is not shown.

If you mean the center of the parasol, then you just need to insert the tip through the hole just like I did in the video (no glue or stitches there). The tip of the frame is very long and it won’t let the lace to slide back out.
