Probably a normal size garage that were extended.

This has given me ideas :) I definitely would not mind living in a space like this. It's cozy but also breathable.

Honestly, never seen a tiny house look so spacious before . Simple, spacious, peaceful. This was really the closest to my dream home .

This is one of the most amazing transformations I've ever seen!

Good things comes in small packages...this is a powerhouse!!! A lot of thought has been put into this place and it is meant really for a relaxing minimalist! Every area says relax and enjoy!! I really love it!!! Thanks Levi!!

That was gorgeous! Very inspirational! The cookies memorialized that home to all who entered. The outdoor shower, hot tub, and fireplace made that house a home. Simply, gorgeous! Wow! Loved it!

WOW! I love it, except, I would love a washer/dryer area and real stove and oven. Other than that, its gorgeous! Well done!

This house is gorgeous. If I lived here I would move the bedroom to the other side and extend the kitchen into the new living room. Lovely place!

In Ireland with the prices of housing this would be a huge and also very expensive normal home.

i would definitely be happy and content if i had this for my house like it’s smaller than an average house but very livable, i dont exactly need an unnecessarily big home anyway. i would extend the kitchen a bit and place at least sliding doors before the master’s bedroom to separate it from the rest of the house at least. other than that, this is absolutely perfect. it’s so ✨ pretty ✨ and ✨ cozy ✨

This "tiny" house is at least twice the size of my one-bedroom apartment!

Simple but still gorgeous airbnb. The backyard shower, hot tub, fireplace and sit out is great

As someone that loves to cook, I have to say that is not a kitchen. I would take some of the footage from the bathroom (which I think is way to big) and enlarge the kitchen.

Bryan Stortenbecker I disagree. People are coming here as visitors. He said they’re a block away from downtown. I would imagine that most would people would be sampling the restaurants in town.

I would agree if it was a home, as it's an airbnb I prefere a beautiful massive bathroom than a kitchen as it is a short term stay and I would most likely to eat out everyday and use the kitchen only for breakfast or a fast sandwich. I stay A LOT in AirBnB's but I have never ever done some real cooked in one.

Agreed, seems a tad small compared to the overly-indulgent fireplace! And I would also add some more privacy for the bed. For the price, I wouldn't want to lay in bed and stare at the kitchen. Just my two cents :)

Desperately needs an island on wheels. I don't cook while on holiday, but this is really skimpy.

This is absolutely wonderful. Like i can tell its a tiny house, but it feels huge. So open and i love the hideaway part (especially the outdoor shower)

This is perfect! I would take some space from the entrance area and expand the kitchen to have a stove and small full fridge and its literally perfect.

That garage transformation is awesome. I like the private seating area. Wow. Great ideas. Love the hill country. Great Pacific War Museum as well as great German food in the area.

I debated calling it tiny but considering that's theres no real bedroom and the kitchen is micro plus the small square footage compared to typical homes in Texas, I decided to stick with it! Plus theres many aspects to this home that can be applied to tiny houses! Need to think of a term between tiny house and just house haha.
