I agree those days, almost all of my friends that have TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and BeReal. I try to say that they delete those apps

The news was saying to use "do not disturb' too when using smartphones as a way to have a healthy relationship with them.

i'm not using social media like facebook, twitter, instagram, reddit, etcetc since 2014 and got my first smartphone which is android marshmallow in 2016. i use everything like browsing youtube videos, set a location for meet up with colleague just in google chrome which is outdated version too. it's not torturing, it's not terrible decision at all, it's the path that i always use too. until now i only installed 3 apps only on my phone. gmail, google maps and google chrome. as a results i've less distraction and make my work more worth and living peacefully.

Have you ever thought about making videos about how to be happier and enjoy life etc? Just things about being happier that aren't necessarily related to technology. I feel like you'd be a really good inspirational speaker.

I still didn't switch from iPhone 6s Plus in exact same color, so I don't even need to buy some new "old" iPhone.

What I don't understand is what to do when your OS can't go higher due to hardware - doesn't it then become a big security issue?

At the moment I don’t actively post on them. I should do it more, but I think a system of deleting the app and redownloading whenever you need to post would be smart.

Regardless of what you watch on the phone, you must realize it's VIRTUAL. NOT REAL LIFE. Unless you're watching something "LIVE", it's still a part of the past, even if it's just a few seconds delay from the point of broadcast. That said, there is good content on, KZread. For example, let'say, you want to build a shed, but don't know where to start. KZread is great for that. But actually building the shed is a far greater experience. So, learn something, then give it a whirl yourself. Or learn about traveling to a foreign country then actually go! Or whatever you like. Copking. Auto repair. Whatever. BUT NOTHING WEIRD.🐙😄 Anyway, I think Smartphones have their place, but they're no substitute for real life if you're well enough to engage. For those who can't get out because of an illness or something, virtual stuff can be a Godsend. Whether on a computer or phone. Good vid. 👍
