I've tried multiple times to connect my phone but it isn't even showing my phone in the network list. Please help!

Hi, please make sure you have enabled "Maximize compatibility" and if this is on, then make sure that you have your iPhone updated to the latest version, right after this you should try to reboot your iPhone and unplug your tv from the outlet for 1 minute and then plug it back in, and turn on the Hotspot again, and try to connect, and as a final step you should do this on your iPhone go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before. if you need further assistance, let me know

Do you happen to know the tv model number to help you further? if not, can you please tell me if this TV was connected before to your wifi network or are you using a streaming device like a Firestick or Roku stick? The regular steps to connect a Vizio tv to your wifi network are as follows: Press the 'Menu' or 'Gear' icon button on your remote. Scroll to 'Network' and select your Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password or WPA2 passphrase (make sure it's the right one!) and hit 'Connect'. If you don't see 'Network' right away, you might need to look under 'All Settings' first. Hi, first check if you have an internet connection on your phone. If you have an internet connection, then make sure you have enabled Maximize compatibility on iPhone only, and if after this you still have issues, then reboot your phone just by turning it off and then back on after a few minutes, and do the same with the TV, but unplug the tv from the outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and try to connect to your mobile hotspot. So my it says my Wi-Fi is connected signal strength excellent but internet disconnected it’s a new month have full hotspot and internet gigs what do I do

Hi, given this case, since you're saying that you are already paying for this Hotspot service because this is an add-on Service in almost all the phone service providers in the USA, the first recommendation would be to try to connect a different device to your Hotspot, like an android phone or iPad, just to make sure that your Hotspot is up and running, if your iphone Hotspot works fine with other devices but not with your tv then you can follow these steps: 1. Unplug your tv from the wall-outlet for 1 minute and power off your iPhone for 1 minute as well, then turn them on and try to do the process again, if this does not help then go to step 2. 2. Open iPhone Settings and tap Cellular. If you use one SIM card, tap Cellular Data Options. If you use two or more eSIMs, tap the SIM card you use for cellular data. Turn off Low Data Mode. If you use 5G and don’t see it, tap Data Mode and go to the next step1.Alternatively, you can go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options and turn off Low Data Mode2.
