After the high volume of Spring rainfall, the Sabine River Rats Good Friday event had copious amounts of runoff in the bottoms.
Johnny's Washout is notorious for people drowning out their quads, but trucks rarely fall victim. The water was so deep that it was just too much for Ryan's red Toyota.
Thankfully he was able to get it dried out and fired up and running for the following weekend's ride!

wow, like I thought you just meant like floating on mud going past something but it was literally floating like a pontoon boat. That is crazy like it must be really balanced or something otherwise it would of rolled like the Toyota. anyway this video is awesome you guys really got through some crazy stuff.

Yeah that was funny, first truck was heavy enough to stay planted, yota was in the middle not enough weight but still too much float and finally the side by side no weight all float. Gotta pick heavy or ultra light.

They got the trans and gearing rite in them side x sides ... I thought it was strange that’s what they were using for recovery. But dang
The only bad thing about those big ole tires is ballast ! That truck was just a little to lite to hold,em down, glad no one was hurt!

It's called a hobby, and a damn serious hobby at that. Some of those trucks cost A LOT more than your annual salary to build. Looks like a bunch of Bad Ass Good Ole Boys to me..... Though what do I know.
