No country that promotes autocrats and other strong man personalities ---- no matter if every swears up and down their dead grandmother's grave --- ever is going to work seamlessly with other nations that have transitioned into modern, term limited governance systems, which say NO MATTER HOW GOOD a leader is, after 1-2 terms, he needs to pack up and hit the road. Allowing ONE MAN to rule for many years to many decades IS NEVER A GOOD THING in modern governance.... because he, his family, close associates, etc. accumulate way too much power & wealth, over such a long span of ruling... In the past ---- 200 to 5,000 years ago ---- the MOST CUNNING AND BRUTAL and his offspring/relatives got to rule for as long as it took for another brutal dictator or group to dismantle him/them... But, again, today's political structure ---- the KINDS THAT PRODUCE, on average, the most happiness, the most wealth, the most freedoms ---- just doesn't allow, just SHOULDN'T ALLOW, such bullshit...

A new game changer coming to Ukraine soon....from Australia....called the Slinger. a new extremely accurate anti drone system, that can be mounted on a truck or apc or tank....has a cutting edge radar system that tracks everything in the air, from FPV small drones, to lancets to shahed and has a large caliber 30mm autocanon with explosive ammo....can hit large vehicles at 3.5kms or a small drone or a single person at 2.2 kms. The day sensor can track items at 12 kms away and the thermal night vision tracks objects at 13 kms away. Whole system is 355kgs so can be roof mounted on vehicles or on the flatbed of a truck. 110 units going to ukraine will be mounted on M113 APCs and another 50 will be mounted on MRAPs....giving them high mobility so not to get hit by counterfire. This will help protect all ukrainian gear and people in the battlefield from russian drones. The company that developed the radar for this created computers and programs to track every piece of space junk orbiting the earth...tracking millions of pieces of metal travelling thousands of miles per hour gives you an idea of how much further their computers and programs are compared to anything else on earth. There is a video on the system on KZread called "Australia just dealt a crushing blow to russia".....take a look at that to get a better idea of its capabilities. This will give ukraine air superiority on the battlefield for their drones and eliminate most if not all of russias......cant wait to see it in action.

Due to my job, I was forced to learn, and was trained, to read body language, to understand and predict reactions, to even subdue people with a threat of physical violence, and Erdogan was, embarrassed, anxious to end the interaction, some what ashamed, trying to spread his focus on the entire room rather than Putin, and he did something I have only saw, in this context, some Mediterranean cultures, like the Portuguese and Spanish, and the Germans, Portuguese and German both my cultures and bloodlines (I am part German like your wife Constantin), do. The hand in the chest or midway the body, sometimes even a "Napoleon", a slight, harsh bowing, I do that, I learned it from my "Prussian" grandfather, you greet a person with a short, cold acknowledge of their presence and the little bow but remaining civil to avoid excuses for negative actions of the other party, its a glorified way to ignore people, in a sense (I might say "good day" to you every day and still not allow you the minimal extra "attention" or interaction...). Some people might think this is not important, but how people act is more important than what people say, and learning to read people is not done by using the "TV series" methods of reading people, not at all, its the conjunction of the movements and the words, the tone of voice and yes, physical specific traits that vary from culture to culture. Erdogan is doing what I do, going back to my "German" education (my grandfather was a huge part of my education), acting coldly, sharply, almost mechanically and effectively in a situation where you are forced to be in but in witch you do not want to compromise your position. This was a great "round up" of news Constantin, but this last piece about Erdogan was very important.

The Kazakhstan president went to the airport to, welcome him, the plane had a military jet escort when landing, impressive! , then a grand parade and singers and huge motorcade, streets lined with flags. . I had to gasp at the granite story with the Chinese. I mean, when you order something from China, it might be hit or miss on the quality that you receive, but you usually receive it. So they were bilked and now they cannot even hope for the Russian security apparatus to at least pretend to investigate. Would they even consider trying to do business in Russia again? Probably not. One hopes that it dawns upon them that you can't have trade without trust. And that once that is broken, it is tough to go back. When they began to arrest corporate individuals on the grounds of spying, that would have been the last straw for a number of firms. I mean, intellectual theft, shoddy quality could be overlooked - because which corporate empire in the West hasn't done the same in their history at one time or another. But that? Everyone is going to shake the dust off their feet and go to Vietman and elsewhere and they won't return. When the Ukraine war started and sanctions against Russia were announced I was shocked at how fast the oil firms complied. A little comment on another video mentioned that he had a friend in the industry, working in Russia and that there were always bribes to be paid and an underlying threat that something would happen to you if you didn't pay up. And I recall the story you told of the oil company that was basically driven out of an area to avoid competition from some mayor's firm in the area. Those kinds of stories circulate. If you think that the staff at BP and Shell don't eventually find out about those happenings you would probably be wrong. So when the war is over and sanctions are lifted - the problem is that if Russia's reputation was already being ruined from before, will they go back? Ukraine may have only served as a good excuse to their shareholders to abandon everything and run.

Looking at the attempt of coup in Bolivia, I would say that the situation is rather anecdotic. It don't seem to depict a deeper situation in the militia. The real mess is inside the goverment. The harsh dispute between the former president, Evo Morales ,and the incumbent president Luis Arce. That poses a real threat for bolivian democracy. Respect to the missing copper tons. Good for us in Chile, the greater exporter of copper in the world. China got a profitable agreement for import a huge quantity of copper concentrate from Chile, ie, raw mineral, not even refined metal. Thank you for the news, the insight and the good mood in this slightly disastrous world. Greetings from Santiago of Chile.

I look forward every day to read, see or hear your news, as you say it's not anywhere else for me to find so I'm very thankful for what you find and for your presentation of the news and your thoughts about them. Very interesting also compared to your experiences from your own past. About the Sri Lanka I Hope other countries do the same. Didn't India call back some of their people Russia had tricked to fight the war? I can't pick three of your news, I think all are important, every day. Thank you for your work and for talking so clearly and understandable in my second language also. What a privilege a Dane and one from Russia, can understand each other in English! Thank you again and so much. Nannette from Denmark 🇩🇰

Dear Constantin: My name is Peter, I was born in Berlin in 1928 and lived in East Germany. I fled, came to the USA and there was elected to a government position. I retired to Guatemala, where I have lived now for 32 years. Here is my constructive criticism: In East Germany, we went along with the government out of fear, just as we did under Hitler. Privately, we kept our thoughts and disagreements to ourselves. There were many good people in the underground who could tell the difference between right and wrong. In the USA today, everything is always out in the open, there is no underground, but too many people are changing to support pathological liars, too many can't tell between right and wrong. I bet your Russia still has an underground. It is valuable. Almost daily you bash Russia, you ridicule its government and almost daily predict its certain demise. I'd rather hear from you why you think it is that their government is still going. You say you never want to return to such people, but you forget perhaps the hidden values that still reside among folks in that country and of which you are a perfect example. But you are free, and they are not and can't talk like you do, that is the only difference. You belong there, with folks that have produced the most fantastic music, dance, cultural and technical advancements, in spite or perhaps because they have been so oppressed for so very long. I can only think of the rat race that prevails when people are too free, a situation that promotes materialism. For that reason, I live in Guatemala and happily live of a minimum, far from any race and with all my values and my ideas of right and wrong intact and -- with a deep appreciation for your work. Thank you for the many hours of insight you keep providing. Yours, Peter

I think Konstantin is so critical of his country Russia, because he cared so much about it. My mom always told me while I was growing up. She said, "My son the reason I yell at you so much is because I still care for you very much, when you don't hear me yelling at you anymore, I don't cared about you anymore." My mom said out of all her children (she had seven), I was the most difficult. But now she is 83 years old now, I'm also the last one taking care of her!

Been in Guatemala for 32 years. Speaks confidently about the state of the "underground" in Russia vs in the USA. Look, many underground movements are coopted by money, and most now are right-wing, not leftists... even the ones who are communists are actually fascists. Even people who move to a cheap country that's protected by the USA... is it really for ideological reasons? No, it's so the money goes further. This is 2024. We talk ideology, but it's all about money.

Sending those gifts to the North Koreans is much more than being "nice". It is Kims worst nightmare and a very appropriate response to their "shit". Everything North Korea tries to do is to keep their population from experiencing or even wanting to experience western culture. This response undermines Kims strategy for nothing more than him being a petulant child. I think he will not repeat his little balloon trick any time soon as he will really want to avoid another round of "gift giving" from the South Koreans. Superb response South Korea!

Greetings Konstantin from the U.S.A. I am regularly watching your news updates and think you are providing a valuable perspective about Russia and the Russian people. I often recommend the "Unusual Russian" with important news about "Unusual Russia". I wish good health and a more secure and prosperous future for you, your family and friends forced into exile by the tyranny of Putin and his League of Bad Men. May we all live in a more peaceful future. Peace requires openness and warmth and honest information to dispel the Big Lies of madmen and warmongers. Your work delivers all of those things and that makes you a good man in my eyes. We will overcome this new hoard of totalitarians only with solidarity.
