Scoot Review:
Well as is the law in Singapore, I can't say much but make sure you find it somewhere in the T&C's about using only part of the value on the voucher.
I won't go into my experience with their twitter customer services over the last 3 years. I won't be travelling on them or their owner Singapore Airlines ever again.

I flew with scoot earlier this month. They are not so bad, but when it comes to their meal and drink service, the flight attendants move their trolley too fast for you to get their attention. Also, I had never been inside an airline that would charge you to use their PowerPoints lol. I had to use my laptop to charge my phone lol. Also, interesting that you had trilingual flight attendants fluent in Chinese and Japanese too. For my flight from Singapore to Vietnam and back, it was all English as scoot flight attendants don’t know Vietnamese. Sydney to Singapore and back was obviously English due to national spoken language in both countries being just English.
Scoot gave me the worst airline experience in my life! I traveled from SIN to TPE with them in a tiny A320 and the four-year-old sitting behind me kept kicking my seat. I asked the flight attendant for help but she could not stop the child, neither could his parents. Since there are laws against harming children, I asked if I can be moved to the exit row seats, since they were all empty. She said I'll have to pay extra.......extra? Why the hell should I? So I endured the four hour journey with someone kicking my seat! Don't worry, I took care of the little rascal once we landed!

Just out of curiosity. Why couldn’t the flight attendant stop the child? I flew with them from Sydney to Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City to Singapore to Sydney. I won’t say they are so bad, but I think compared to Singapore airlines, this airline is really below standards.
