Also something to note around Mighty Car Mods: we are normal guys and are not trained mechanics. We like to make interesting car mods and show you how we've gone about it, but we can't promise that anything we show you will work for your particular car, or that you won't harm yourself, someone else, your car or your warranty doing it. Please be safe, be responsible and unless you know what you're doing, do not fool around with very serious machinery just because you've seen us make it look so easy. Talk to a qualified mechanic if you are in any doubt.

It's awesome that MightCarMods does this, but it makes them "extra awesome-er" at the fact they include everyone at the end of the film. Somehow I see the kid in everyone at the end. Happy, smiling seems like y'all teach more than cars. Thank you.

That closing shot was the prefect end to the movie (I wouldn't call it just a video but a legit film). I wonder how they made it (green screen or just video editing) because I don't think all those people were at the same place for that background.

+Hot Rod Lincoln Ye the cars are so cheap, because nobody in japan wants it, high mileage cars get taxed to shit and culturally second hand things have no value. So either you pay a shit ton of taxes, in a country with pretty shitty employment options. Or you pay shit ton on shipping, licensing, registering and taxes to get it into another country.
I remember 11yrs ago when I was 12yrs old watching this and getting hooked on the drift scene ( I grew up around Hondas ) I’m 23 with a jzx100 mark ii watching this gave me so much nostalgia been watching you guys as a lil kid this is amazing man

I wish the American car scene was like this. It's impossible to find a good car club on the East Coast. There is so much trash talk, no one is just there for the love of cars.

I was 21 when this came out.... Now I'm 30 and I've seen so much in 9 years.... driven so many roads, but I still resonate with this film. I love cars.
It's the future - Turbos and temples 2 has just been announced on the MCM Faceballs page - so naturally, I come to watch the 1st again... Back when Marty had hair.
Almost 12 years old, but this film is still amazing! I just watched all 3 Turbos and Temples movies from newest to oldest for the first time. So inspiring!

I remember watching these episodes Ft the 88s when I was 12 years old I’m now 21 time flies memories stay💓. Love watching these old episodes. MCM thank you for making my childhood entertaining and making me the car enthusiast I am today. Thank you Moog And Marty. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm still in utter shock it's been a full decade... I remember watching this in my parents basement when I still had my first car (or truck rather). It just doesn't seem like it's been that long.
Remember watching this when if first came out! Think I watch it at least once a year haha. Love you guys here in the Uk
I can’t believe this came out in 2011, I’ve probably watched this like 30 times and its amazing to see how far yall have come, love it
man these movies are so good i keep coming back to rewatch them and im not even a car guy. I hope more get produced!
Man these old MCM videos are pure gold ! watched it after ages .
Rewatched after kei to the city behind the scenes
RX7 FOR 300 dollars???OMG...most awesome thing i ever seen!!!.....Nice work guys...well done ;)
It's amazing how far camera equipment has come in the last few years, I remember when this sort of thing was amazing looking especially for youtube at the time, I've just got done watching turbos and temples 2 yesterday and it is worlds apart
Growing up over the past decade with mighty car mods, and seeing the channel, Marty and mood Delvelop over this period has been life changing, MCM has made me realise no matter who you are, or how much you have in your pocket, we’re all human and we can all bond over cars, Thankyou for everything x A random british fan x

Anyone else notice the wheels on the $300 RX7? Those were Nismo LMGT2s! A clean set of those is like $2500.
This is such an enjoyable video. I love that you reminded us that there are so many amazing, kind, beautiful, and interesting people in this world.
Guys, repsect! this is a MASTER PIEEECE!!!! GIVE US MORE LIKE THIS!!!

Watching this for the 6th or 7th time has just given me the spark to get mine back on the road. Always respectful, great camera work and a fantastic first film. I still think the second one is my favourite!
MCM and Roadkill are the two main reasons I want to fix up my little Cavalier, and roadtrip it. Even if it is only around the united states, it's something I would love to do and experience. I see roadtrips like this all the time on KZread, and it makes me want to go explore.

What a rad channel. It's 2019 and this episode is still going strong.
One of the many things that I really like about Japan is how they sometimes treat their cars as an appliance rather than a show 'n' shine type car.
This video curvs my depression every few years. Thanks guys.
Hands down my favorite film ever still in 2015
Not only your best video but also on of the best I have seen in youtube. Amazing to see those car and parts prices, must be fun to visit Japan for a few weeks
Cant. Wait. For. Part. 2.
2021 and I'm finding some great value with these older MCM vids. Please bring back this vibe.
Hope to see you guys back in Japan soon! Love these trip movies
Meeting the 88s near the beginning, the girl said her name was Cheryl!
this is the longest I've seen Moog without a hat lol
this is the greatest car enthusiast video of all time hands down. As an active service member (USA) who lived in japan for 5 plus years, and fell in love with it all and someone who loves music and passion for things, you can clearly see the passion coming through every scene of this movie/feature. Love you guys work, thank you.
Revisiting this in may 2022, so much has happened since this first came out! MCM has progressed so much, thank you for taking is along for the ride!

Explained. you see it starts at $300, but the second it goes on screen in the auction house. People can bid that price up fast as hell up to 15k; if they really wanna try. Then you have to deal with import fees.
Hard to believe this was 11 years ago.. Times were better then.
Gotta say this is actually a really well made vid. Great use of shots and music to set the scene, I would have liked to see more of the actual Japan car scene but good job guys!
the reason us americans dont have the potatos in side of donuts thing is its far to healthy
Marty's was funny when he was drunk..
almost the end of winter but with a fresh 4 feet of snow falling on the ground I find your Turbo and Temple video again to watch. As these years go by this film is still SO enjoyable to watch. Thank you Marty and Moog for enlightening my day when going anywhere here in the mountains of Colorado right now is difficult driving and not too much fun.
Back here again after 10 years! Wow! Still love you guys! Thanks for taking us along on all the adventures before, and since then. It has been amazing 🙏😎🤘
Great movie!! Love to personally discover Japan this way! Thanks for sharing with us..

Man the 88's are the kind of car people we all had to be, funny, friendly, absolutely hooning their cars... I watch from time to time this videos (kei to the city/turbos and temples) and those guys always put a smile on my face. The girl wiht the Silvia tho, she is ultra cute, might be the car, or her smile, but she and that Silvia it's a charming combo.
Rewatching this after the 12 years is hitting me with the biggest nostalgia wave. Takes me back to being an upperclassman in high school with my 300 dollar Corolla and dirt roads with my buddies
