Use a 1 3/8 bit and go down 1/4 inch once slee e is installed, after cutting it down. Cleans up the rough edg from cutting Reamer is 1000% unnecessary if drilling a pilot hole and bit is sharp. I have the reamer and I've had more issues using it then not using it.

Thanks for the comment. Since using the reamer, I’ve cut down my problems, that’s why I mention it and also the beveling options. I’ll definitely try your suggestion as well. 👍

Hi Jim. Working on it. Have to reshoot a couple of things next week.

I'll never use anything other than Jo Po...the dual locking mechanism drastically decreases the failure rate!
