Turbo cancers part 2: the role of IgG4! (update

This is the second installment of a series dedicated to the molecular biology of the highly unusual and deadly turbo cancers (called hyperprogressive disease in medicine). In this episode, we look at how IgG4 can play a role by itself in cancer progression via its Fc stalk and its ability to interact with either other cancer-fighting IgG1 (and preventing their protective role) or by blocking immune cells from performing their protective roles.
What we cover:
*Cancer patients showed 11% IgG4 levels of total IgG antibodies in comparison to 3% in healthy subjects
*IgG4 levels positively correlated with the stage of cancer
*IgG4 level/total amount of IgG can be prognostic of cancer recurrence (past studies)
*IgG4 is about 4X higher in cancer tissue than adjacent tissue
*IgG4 can bind to anti-cancer IgG1 antibodies and inhibit their function
*IgG4 does not have to target the cancer itself at all to help cancer growth
*Co-injection of IgG4 of any type with cancer cells into mice always increases the tumor size/weight
*It is the Fc stalk of IgG4 antibody that is responsible for its pro-tumor effects

This guy, whoever he is, indirectly links all the papers he cites to the narrative he wants. Quite disingenuous. He panders to people with less scientific knowledge and it’s quite disgusting.

We used to go to Chinook Mall to have lunch from The Food Court, but we couldn't eat in there because we didn't have the Vaccine Passport. I said to her that it's alright, they will all be dying in a couple of years. And so it came to be many of them have now died probably or are about to die. I was Running on the treadmill at the gym in Calgary on Friday. I'm living just fine. None of my friends got the vaccine either and we're all still alive and doing just fine. I'm glad you had the courage to say no. However as a senior and a former biochemistry/cell biology student, did my research. Not realizing how corrupted the research was. Please don't feel superior for saying no. Because when you see your parents and grandparents suffering through chemo, surgeries and other health interventions, I hope you have compassion instead of a "I told you so" attitude. You should be sad and angry and fight like hell to see that the truth is made public. I have a 2 yr old grandson, that I hope to see grow up, but I just might not as I developed a rare cancer (Cholangiocarcinoma), caught early by accident but will have a lifelong battle as it is particularly aggressive. I have no intention of having major chemo as that is poison too. Believe me you will make a lot of stupid decisions in your life. Hopefully Karma won't bite you on the ass.

You are not alone there in Ontario! Both my parents in their 80's refused the jabs, no covid, not even any cold/ flu sickness, although when they went to the large supermarkets they wore masks, and surgical gloves. Changed clothes immediately upon getting home, and putting them directly into the washing machine. They also wash their hands in soapy hot water immediately coming home, straight to the bathroom, ( thankfully they've always been a bit OCD about hand-washing protocols and not touching the face, even BEFORE covid), none of that poisonous, cancer-causing anti-microbial hand sanitizer for them... But it seems to have worked!! Same for me, unvaxxed, living in Europe.. Although my double-jabbed husband gave me Omicron back in 2022. He is sick at least once a month now, and had a number of health issues pop up immediately after getting jabbed...We used to argue a lot when I tried to talk him out of getting jabbed, but I have since given up and we don't talk about it now...Take care....🙏

After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, which had already spread to the liver as well, she didn't even make it 3 weeks. Not long before her diagnosis she had taken all of the shots except for the last one, which she was in doubt about. Because she wasn't feeling well, her doctor recommended to take that one as well, and she took it. I have taken non of them, but almost everybody I know did. At this point it feels impossible to talk to anyone about a possible connection, especially my family. Thank you for making these videos.

I'm gonna copy paste something here. I feel you about it family. Here goes. @KC-kh8df yeah, I feel you on that comment for karma. I poured my heart and soul out for them several times, I showed them studies, statistics, whistleblowers, our family blood has a history of reacting with illness from certain vaxxed and have been for almost 40 years, I endured being called all different names, I lived through being showed into the cold for my selfish actions, Wich were nothing else than trying to save them from what now became a reality for them. I was prepared for bad things to happen. One of my nephew's that's still not having any illness said that he would take all vaxxed and he would dam sure have his kids vaxxed also. My heart sunk into my stomach. I felt so sorry for them. When I was 14 they gave me a experimental Vax for meningitis and that would later give me chronic fatigue disease and fibromyalgia and it ruined my active working life and instead I had to accept that fate and live with that rest of my life and now over 30 years later they still don't understand the fact. That breaked my heart so many times. And it's not correct having kids today when we all have a computer with the entire information we ever would need right here and still inject kids with no saying because parents are to lazy to do 15 minutes read up about what it is they are going to inject into someone's body and have their system shut down. But when my mom was the first to go suddenly it crushed my heart and all the empathy I had within me kinda disappeared and I could feel my soul and spirit get black and I was so angry I almost couldn't believe what was inside me. Christmas diner a month after my mom had her cloth that bursted her heart we all was gathered in my mom and dad's house, with our now dad that didn't have a wife anymore, me and my sisters didn't have a mom, my nephew's and their kids no grandmother and no great grandmother either, and no mother In law. I looked at them all sitting there eating diner, I was black inside, I looked at each one of them remembering everything I tried to tell each one about what could happen and they all blew me off. Not only did I lose my mom but I lost all faith and trust and honestly I lost most love of them all that evening seeing the result of them all pushing my mom to get it even though she got really sick from the first, they still pushed on. My mom listened to me, but the peer pressure of maybe not being able to see her grandkids pushed her. They all participated in murdering each other, and also tried me, and had succes with my mom. Yeah, karma. And now it seems karma hits many many people. Not only my family but also almost everyone else. Maybe this was the test for humanity? Maybe this was the godly intervention were people should be doomed and some saved. I don't know, and I haven't ever been spiritual, but this have made me aware. They seem like they have lost their souls and are empty shells just living like an NPC and are obeying their new master that have set his markings on them. Yeah, it's hard and as you may see, I don't have anyone to reach out to. But I hope you see my reply and thank you for your comment. They help me lots EVERYONE that has commented here. I love you all and thank you for showing me that there still are humans left. I wonder if anyone that are vaxxed feel like they have lost something, or lost themselves. Truly and honestly, can anyone relate to seeing others as empty shells of the person they used to be? And do others feel like this have been a test? And remember that I don't think doomsday is gonna be something that happen within 5 minutes, but maybe this is some kind of culling out some people either if it's gods work or evil humans work or the devil's work. I wonder...

Reading many of the comments is as heartbreaking as what I'm experiencing, too: My mother is among those dying now from ovarian cancer (end stage). She'd had a surgery for an issue with her colon (no cancer) shortly before the jabs began, and while the docs had opened her up, nothing suspicious had been seen. Then she took the jabs and two boosters as well, not listening to my warnings against it (I'm glad, I never took them). She started bleeding despite 30 years past menopause. When she had it checked out, they found an ovarian tumor the size of a grapefruit. That must have grown there *fast*! She had surgery for it, but now the cancer has already spread out so much, that it's terminal. On the 14th this month was her birthday. She's in hospital. Palliative care. Now, of course this *could* be coincidence! People died of cancer for ages! My dad died of leukemia in 1990, my aunt died of breast cancer 16 years ago, my brother had testicular cancer at one point (he survived that, but died in a car crash in 2021). But it *is* suspicious what we're seeing now, and even the doctors at the hospital commented on how the cancer wards are currently over-crowded. They didn't mention a word about what they thing the reason is. This is so very sad to me. My mother is the last family I still have.

So out of all thsee people I know personally, who all took the shots x1 is still alive having chemo. x2 healthy atheletes, large clots had to be hospitilized, by the grace of God cuaght in time and are alive. Before 2020 the odds of knowing that many people personally who had died in that time frame, .. unheard off. I had an aggressive cancer NHL (Non Hodgkins Lymphoma) last year diagnosed in July, I followed chemotherapy 6CHOP+Rituximab and at the same time a keto diet to remove glucose from the blood, this year in January at the last tests it was revealed that my cancer went into complete remission. Now the interesting thing is that I am NOT vaccinated, I am 57 years old and I got the last vaccine when I was 20 years old when I was drafted into the army, (it was compulsory army then in Romania), so I got the last vaccine 37 years ago. Obviously my case is statistically irrelevant, but clearly my cancer was not caused by the vaccine, possibly it was caused by a virus or even more certainly by the fact that I was exaggerating the consumption of sweets, now I have learned my lesson and completely removed sugar from my diet my, I'm still following the keto diet.

Very interesting. Other vaccines have been shown to produce IgG4. HIV, Malaria, and Pertussis vaccines have also been reported to induce higher-than-normal IgG4 synthesis. What were the outcomes for those patients? Did those patients have a higher incidence of cancer than the general population? Do these vax'es have something in common that cause IgG4 production?

Good question! IgG4's are antigen-specific so it may be that it depends on the specific IgG4 whether it interferes with the immune function in dealing with cancer.

I don't think anybody giving blood is asked if they have had the covid vaccines. Nobody is even asking these questions??

Thanks for sharing what you are finding out. In every field of practice and profession in science, medicine, politics, technology etc... there will always be an amount of corruption due to monetary reasons. All branches of medical practice and the technology therein are very impressive. That said though there is also corruption to be aware of. Guys like you have stepped out of the mainstream and political arena to find helpful knowledge to mankind. It is very appreciated by those of us that are aware of a person like you who may receive negativity in your profession.
