Turban cap with pleat design

The measurements for this Turban cap
1.Base = 20.5 for the round head circumference × 16 inches Long with the band
(measure your own round head circumference if it's stretchy fabric take away 1" but if it's non stretchy fabric add 2 to 3" to it and cut of excess later)
2.pleated design =21.5 (but it's better to add 2.5 to 3.5 longer than the base circumference)
3.Loop = 5.5 Length × 4" width .
