The continuous belt type leaf dryer uses clean hot air as a drying medium, it can process spices and herbs such as curry leaf, bay leaf, moringa leaves, spicy wood leaf, herbal basil leaf, fenugreek leaf, neem leaf and mint leaf. It can effectively preserve the property, quality and color of raw materials, and meet the processing requirements of herbs and spices.
The Components of the Leaf Drying Machine:
1. Feeding conveyor(Fresh material enters the dryer through the conveyor for drying)
2. Discharge conveyor (Used to transport dried materials)
3. Drying host ( the material loading into drying host mesh belt and move forward from top layer to bottom layer)
4. Fan (Provide sufficient air volume to the dryer, the dryer not only according to heat to dry, but also takes enough air volume to improve the drying efficiency.)
5. Heat exchange furnace depending on drying material if make this design ( providing heat for drying machine,the cold air and hot air make exchange,finally the suitable drying temperature enter into the dryer absorb by fan)
6. Control panel (control speed and temperature.)
7. Fuel: Wood,biomass,gas,diesel,propane,steam,electricity.
Features of the Leaf Drying Machine:

☞ Continuous mesh belt movement ensures even and consistent dehydration of plant material.
☞ With medium and low temperature drying mode, the dried material has good color, small deformation and little loss of nutrients.
☞ Electronic controls allow operators to dial-in optimum air volume, belt speed, and temperature.
☞ Each layer of mesh belt is equipped with a material stop and guide plate to prevent materials from falling directly from the upper layer to the next layer.
